Steve arrived on time after we had received a phone call and a text with his picture. He was very professional and friendly and was knowledgeable about our system. He thoroughly cleaned the outside unit and took the extra time to hook up the hose in front of the building since we do not have a spigot in the back. Thanks for everything!

We had to have our water main line replaced entirely, and chose Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing to do it. Scott and Dan came out, dug up and did the full replacement in no time at all, only a few hours without Water. It was excellent service, they were both very friendly and on time. Best part is that they were very affordable and were able to explain the whole process as they went. Overall excellent experience with Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Such a great company. Extremely professional, polite, and fairly priced. They treat the customer right. In the latest visit, we had them come out because our humidifier wasn't working. Eric Linton fully admitted it was a mistake in their installation wiring, addressed it promptly and politely. I absolutely recommend and will use again.

Super quick to schedule. Very communicative and prompt. Honest and clear but without speculating beyond what they could know. Very helpful. As a total aside, my dog got out and my technician chased her all over the neighborhood while I was cleaning and my phone was on silent, AND was totally nice about it. 100 A+ for customer service above and beyond. Seemed to me that our heat pump was running almost nonstop and a little louder than normal. This in addition to a huge increase in electric cost made me think there was a problem. I booked an appointment online at 330am and had techs at my house by 815. The lead technician, Eric L was very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He examined each component of the system and verified that everything was working properly. Many thanks for such professional, quick service!

It made me, my family, and home feel safe, respected, and valued that he wore shoe protectors and a face mask while working in our home during these times. Very easy to schedule a prompt furnace check service call. The tech, Sean, was right on time, friendly, knowledgeable, informative & efficient. The visit was reasonably priced, including a new humidifier filter I needed. I also found their membership program (with no pressure) to be very attractive & affordable, so I joined! We've been clients of Schneller for a little less than a year. They've been out to assess issues, provide recommendations and in our case, replace the central air conditioner (coil and condenser, the whole deal). They have also been out to perform the initial visit of an annual checkup on my furnace. Multiple touch points - all coordinated and communicated by great folks.

They confrm appointments, send emails and texts letting you know who is coming out and when we can expect them, just very professional all around. and the techs are super sharp, courteous, just solid all around. Can't recommend these folks highly enough.

Chad was awesome. He went out of his way to help me understand different components that I hadn't even initially called about. He fixed my hose bib in a thoughtful and professional way, also providing suggested upgrades for down the road. The only thing I have to complain about isn't related to Chad, the pricing for things seems expensive, but that may just be the price of a higher tier company. Overall, very happy and would have Chad work on my house again.

Logan was clean, quick, professional, and very friendly. He checked out our furnace and gave us the options available to us. He set up an appointment for the customer service people to check out what we need. Very pleasant experience. Zack was the same. He found what we needed and set up an appointment for installation. David, Cooper and Blake were great.

They were professional and very friendly. They showed up with a positive attitude and explained what they were doing and then did it. They were clean and quick about doing the installation. Before they left they made sure our questions were answered as well as where to find future answers. Over all, they made the experience as pleasant as could be. Chris was very friendly but was unable to fix the heat pump. He did make sure I was contacted by the office and they called.

First used KS Feb of 2021 when 20+ y.o. furnace went out in the middle of winter. Response to original call was the most responsive from about 3-4 places we called. Install was professional and timely given the time of year. They even helped fix existing issues with duct layout and sizing. A minor adjustment was needed about a week later and their response was again very timely.

They've since been out for AC check and most recently Jeremy performed a furnace check/tune up. Every time their service techs have been on time, performed the work in the timeframe quoted, informative and knowledgeable. Pricing seems to be on point with industry averages. So given the professional and timely service provided along with that we've been more than satisfied with this company and their work.

Jay Gross is the technician that came to my home today. He's very professional. Jay educated me on each issue that was happening with my furnace. I appreciate that. He also explained the Performance Maintenance Agreement and got us set up with a Comfort Advisor. Jay made us feel very confident in Scheller Knochelmann. We'll be using Jay for our all heating and cooling needs in the future.
