Eugene was professional and responsive. He replaced the lead pipe servicing my house and also installed a backwater valve at a reasonable price. They did incredible work! It was a tough job due to some pre-existing structures blocking access to the sewer pipes. I highly recommend going with this company if you want a trustworthy and quality plumber.

Called in "rooter team" as we had roots in the drain. They gave me a price to get the work completed and it was more than reasonable. They got to work a couple days later as they had to wait for locates. They arrived on site and set up tarps to protect the garden, I was super impressed. They completed the work that day and showed me the drain after with a camera. I would highly recommend this company is very professional and really good price.

Excellent work at a great price compared to other plumbing companies : Found the basement flooded this morning, the sink was over flooded and wouldn't drain at all! Baking soda, vinegar, boiling hot water, and continuous plunging had no effect. It was only until we called Rooter team that the problem was fixed within just 2hrs. The guy was very kind and genuine with us, it was already 8pm when we called and he still came all the way to Toronto to help. 10/10 Would love to call them again for ANY plumbing work. I used Rooter team service to replace a leaking pipe and the shut off valve for the garden last week. Mr Eugene is very responsive professional and caring. He showed up very quickly within 3 hours to my place after I made a service call. He did change new copper pipe and stop the leaking. Also installed new shut off to separate the waters to sprinkler system.

And same time he changed new shut off valve to backyard and replaced complete new shut off valve in the garage too. What a amazing job. He also go beyond the service to help me locate my main water shut off valve and explain the details about whole water system using during the winter times. Team Rooter has saved my home during a sump pump failure. It was a warm December day when snow melted around the house. I remember walking into furnace room where our sump pump is and it smelled a little damp. The next day I noticed water around the sump pump area and immediately knew there was an issue. I googled for emergency plumber and called first three random plumbers that came up.

Two of them said they would drop by the same day - that never happened. The third dropped by the next day and gave a $$$$ quote that I thought was excessive. I decided to try some of my friends and called almost everyone I know. Finally, one of my friends recommended a plumber they used before for emergency drain cleaning service. I called Team Rooter right away and they were at my house within one hour.

It was a quick investigation to find my sump pump failed. They quickly ordered the pump for a very $ reasonable fee the same day. What's even more shocking was what happened after install and camera investigation. I found out that I had clay pipes with roots and a sump pump connected to the sewer. I was never aware of that. The plumbers advised me that a backup will definitely occur and that draining water in sewer line from sump pump is also not good.

I was given the option to have a drain cleaning service done to get rid of the roots or an upgrade of the whole sewer line. After considering some options and discussing the price and work to be done - I proceeded with replacing/upgrading my old sewer line. I was very surprised that when Team Rooter offered to upgrade my old water line as well at a very steep discount considering that all the digging would already be done.

I am very satisfied with their work - pics attached. All was done in one day! If it wasn't for them, a failed sump pump would have been the least of my problems - sewer water bath for sure. Thanks Rooter Team - you got my vote!

I have worked with the Rooters team on 3 projects in Toronto. The projects involved replacing the sewer and water supply pipes from the property line to the basement interior. At two of the sites they excavated a tench to replace the pipes and help gain more clearance at the basement interior. At the third site they followed the pipe bursting method to get the job done and help protect the above grade landscaping. Ugene and the team simply know what they are doing. They operate with high integrity and help problem solve. Will definitely be working with them again on future projects.

I called Eugene and his team in an emergency situation with a pipe leaking and no shut off in sight. Eugene walked me through exactly how to find the shut off and get the water from pouring out of the back of my apartment building. I scheduled repair of the damaged exterior tap and Eugene was very professional in his booking and attending at the job site on time.
