Services
Staley's was founded in June of 1941 by Alexander E. Staley and was first located at 115 E. Main St. in Flushing. In 1946 Al purchased the current location at 121 N. Cherry St. in Flushing, at which time Staley's became an authorized Lennox Dealer. During these first few years, as the business grew, Al incorporated the business to include his brothers August and Robert.
Staley's provides commercial and residential plumbing service. Our professional plumbers will take ownership of your plumbing challenges from start to finish. As always, you can trust Staley's employees to wear booties when in your home and clean up their work area. A business or home's water supply often gets taken for granted.

Staley's has a great reputation in our community so I didn't hesitate to give them a call when my water heater went out. even though they were fully booked, they made time to come see me within a day or two. A quick check of my malfunctioning AC unit identified the part that needed to replaced. That was done in minutes and then a thorough check was done to make sure the system was functioning optimally. Fast and professional, and the technician took the time to explain what the issue was and the maintenance checks he was performing. Staley's has also done repairs on my furnaces over the past few decades, and have always provided great service at a fair price.

Staleys has been to my house 4 times in the six months since I moved into my house and they have been outstanding every time. They are always professional and timely. What I really appreciate is that they truly care about doing what is right for me as the customer and not just trying to get another buck out of me. So my sump pump died and I tried calling a competitor, who never called me back. Staleys answered the call immediately, the receptionist sent someone out immediately, and two hours later my new sump pump is emptying my basement. The guy who came here, Mike, is very professional, very nice, and stayed to make certain it's emptying correctly. Highly recommend.

We woke up with a furnace that didn't work and less than five hours later, Tom from Staley's had taken care of it. Everything about our experience with Staley's was perfect. The woman who answered the phone this morning (I didn't get her name) was helpful, professional, and personable. Tom called in advance to let us know when he'd arrive, arrived when he said he would, and was in and out quickly.
He was completely transparent in explaining what needed to be done and he, too, was really friendly, personable, and professional. I'm confident that the work was done correctly. The price was reasonable. I can recommend Staley's without reservation.

After another company kept me waiting for days to get my furnace repaired, telling me the part I needed was backordered, I called Staley's and they fixed it the next day. Staley's is a very great local business here in flushing. I have been dealing with flooding issues for a while now and Staley's was able to tell me exactly what is wrong, and is now currently getting my basement repaired and adding in a sump pump and new lines under the concrete. The first day of service went absolutely amazing and I have no doubts the rest will be done just as great.
While this is the first time I've used them, I have had them come out before for quotes and reviews of other tthings in the home and they were wanting to make sure I knew what I was looking at, the best way to fix it and were never pushy at all. If you are looking for any plumbing or HVAC Staley's is 100% the people to call and hire. Best prices out of multiple places called, and very professional work done by their team. They will always be my go to people going forward for this type of work!

I've called this place three times the first time I called I said I needed a rough in for a tub and I got chastised because apparently nobody knows what a rough in for a tub means. then when I made the appointment I called back to see what time they were coming out and they had no appointment listed for my name and then wanted to make another appointment even though I've already been waiting since the 20th and 2 weeks before that. I don't understand why this company has a 4.9 even though they were completely rude and unprofessional for sure.

Our tenants at our rental property told us they were having issues with the Nest thermostat. When I called Staley's, the women answering the phone was super helpful & gave me some suggestions on calling Nest customer service to try and save me a service call. Inevitably had to have service come out due to a burned out wire. They came after hours for a surprisingly reasonable rate and the technician (Dan I believe) was super friendly and efficient in fixing the problem! All the week of Christmas!

Everything about my experience with Stanley's was great. They came out right away and gave me a quote. They beat three other competitors on prices (by a significant amount). They worked with me to get a technician out as quickly as possible. The technician was professional and worked over to get our system in by the weekend. The install all looks very neat and professional. Highly recommend.
