We contacted All-Flo to address an issue with heavy sediment in our hot water that was clogging fixtures. Two apprentice plumbers came to our house and spent four hours turning the water on and off to "flush the line." This did not alter the problem. No advanced techniques attempted to diagnose the issue. They concluded that they didn't know what to do.

Charge was $700. Not only was the hourly charge absurdly high, but there is no way it should have taken so long to conclude that the simple intervention undertaken was ineffective. Highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Andy was the technician who came - on schedule as promised and I was called ahead to know exactly when he would arrive. Andy was very professional and knowledgable in assessing the problem and quickly fixed it. The current design of the drain system for our minisplit condensate line is marginal. Andy took photos and is taking that info back to the other plumbers at All-Flo to recommend a better long term design. Great service!

We had to replace all of our old pipes underneath our foundation and new lines coming into house. This was a major project and we contracted All-Flo to do the work. 3 days later. Unbelievable! We couldn't be happier. A great company and people we worked with are down to earth and REAL. Very professional, high quality work, .and we would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU ALL-FLO! I have had All-Flo plumbing come out for different types of plumbing issues at my home( clogs, leaks, etc). They have always responded very quickly. They show up when they say are coming within timeframe they say or the time they say. For the work I had done this time, which was a drain clog. They were fast at getting it unclogged. I also knew it was time for me to change the drum trap since it was original to our home( that is around 70 yrs old). They did it very quickly and the price was very fare. I will keep using them for all my plumbing issues.

We'd had water leaking from drain pipe on the water heater for a couple months. Finally decided to call an expert! Trent provided options and we chose to replace vs repair given the age of the tank. He was very professional, took time to explain what needed to be done and left the workspace clean. We will definitely call All-Flo for our next plumbing job (coming soon).

E had water leaking into our basement from a drain. All Flo was able to schedule us before anyone else, just the next morning instead of a week out. Andy came out to service us, and WOW, what amazing customer service. He was friendly, super knowledgeable, and thorough - taking the time to explain and show everything to us. Thank you for the lady received my calls and was able to adjust the service time for me several times due to I was in and out of house for the kids. I am very happy they can come the same day I called. Andy is very professional, we had a bathtub and a bathroom sink were clogged at same time. Things looked a bit complicated, but he was able to find the solution, one shot for both bathtub and sink. He explained his ideas very well and helpful, Polite and clean at work. Great experience with All-flo, a happy customer.

We needed a plumber to hook up our updated dishwasher and fridge, so we called All-Flo. Not only did they get to us the very next day, but they were right on time and were so gracious. Our previous dishwasher was over 24 years old, so there was some discrepancy in the correct size hose. No problem for All-Flo. Their experts found a solution and had us up and running in no time! Excellent workmanship, good pricing, and professions courteous workers.

My plumbing issues continue! The joy of having an old house, I guess. So, my last plumber got very frustrated and actually stopped answering my calls, so I called All-Flo Plumbing. They sent Lance out, and after giving him an extensive run-down of our issues and frustration with forking out over $800 and still having nothing resolved, he figured out our main issues pretty quickly.

He got the clog (that the other company couldn't after 4 visits), and also gave us an estimate on our shower leak. It was a little pricy, but for the extensive investigating and repair that he did in about 2 hours, it was well worth it. He is also coming back next week to fix the shower and then (knock on wood) my plumbing issues will finally be problems in the past and I can sell my house! All-Flo has been wonderful, very fair, and super professional. If you need someone, they are worth a call!

Update: So far the fix is doing well, I am glad to report. 9/9/2017 Previous review Positive experience overall. Professional, prompt service to unclog a basement drain / the main line. Emergency service on a holiday weekend was expensive (but it was similar to other estimates for emergency service that day). Plumber Adam S. explained what he was doing in detail. I am 1 week post-service and it probably needs more time to see how long the fix holds

Last night found sewage backed up in our basement - contacted All-Flo and they got a guy out here (Kevin) first thing the next morning. Extremely professional and polite - I chose the jet, even though it was more expensive, because it was the best option. I had All-Flo do the jet on our pipes 5 years ago (5/12/13) - my neighbors said that they have to rent a 200 lbs. auger from home depot every year.

I'm completely satisfied with the quality of the job because you actually SEE EVERYTHING and that gives me a peace of mind that the job is actually DONE RIGHT. This is a great company and they have great employees that know what they are talking about - thank you All-Flo!

The ownership had a lot of integrity. We talked through some concerns as it pertained to a job that unexpectedly got really big, really fast. They were fair on pricing and, when I was not completely clear on one of the things a worker said, the manager was willing to take my call back at the office to talk through it. Most importantly, it was an urgent plumbing back-up situation and they came right away and stayed until the job was done. The workers on site were knowledgeable and respectful. Would use again.
