These guys are amazing! They typically have appointments available within a couple days if not the day of. They are fast, professional, and effective. I've never had a single issue with any of the work they have done! They are also very reasonably priced and extremely courteous. Highly recommend!

I called to ask questions about their services. Before I could even get the question out, I was interrupted and asked "are you with a commercial company." When I told him I was with a property management company he said "we don't do work for companies like yours." When I asked for more information he acted very annoyed to the point I had to ask if he had a bad experience with our company.

He said "no, but can you just ask your question". I suppose when there is a shortage of quality workers you can be a jerks to callers. Update: Scott called and apologize later that day for having a bad day. I increased the star rating based on that.

We used Kentwood Plumbing & Heating this summer when we bought our house and needed a new furnace. They were professional, knowledgable, and did a wonderful job! They arrived on time, were neat with their equipment and were very respectful of our home. They also helped us fill out the warranty and rebated forms for our specific furnace, which we greatly appreciated.

We recently had an issue with the furnace, and they were incredibly helpful. They immediately came out to assess the problem and fix it. They kept us very informed during the repair process, and we were very grateful they were able to solve the issue during these cold winter months. I would highly recommend using Kentwood Plumbing & Heating for your project. There were no gimmicks or catches--just excellent customer service and workmanship.

Called to make an appointment. Dispatcher was rude. I then called Service Professor and they offer the save service as Kentwood for half the cost and they're pleasant. Go to Service Professor instead and save some money and a hostile phone call.

Awesome service! Our boiler would not start up and we have a newborn in a freezing house. The employee that typically does these jobs was booked for a week, so Paul, the owner, came out within a few hours and stayed well past normal business hours until we had heat again. We would definitely recommend!

When my toilet clogged and was leaking through the floor into the basement they came out within the hour! They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and we very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend them again!

Great service, very quick and polite. The dispatcher let me know someone would be by between 10 and noon. An older gentleman named Dale arrived a little before 11. It took about 2 hours to add shutoff valves under 3 bathroom sinks (new shutoffs, not replacements) and fix a leaky shower.
