Great experience and service from start to finish. Our Air Condition was not working and we had a tech at our house within 2 hours. He showed up promptly at 2:00 which was the time they said he would be there and diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in 15 minutes. We were very pleased with the communication, timeliness and service and will definitely use Ultimate Plumbing and HVAC again.

Called to schedule someone to come out and address a leak I had in the kitchen. Explained that it was an emergency and that a team was here cleaning up the mold. But wouldn't be able to fix the leak. Scheduled for later that afternoon or after hours at the latest, and no one came. Called the next day and got a rude response from the same lady who I spoke with the day before. She acted like I was the problem and hung up on me! I almost used them last year for my bathroom remodel, so glad I decided not too!

Called about a small water leak in our bathroom sink. Spoke with Jennifer at first, and she was able to set up an appointment right away for the following day. The next day, the boys showed up within 10 minutes of the appointment and were able to find the issue of a broken connection easily. With one trip to their truck and about 15 minutes of time, the leak was gone.

Our repair was very reasonably priced for labor, parts, and the time it took to repair. Everyone was courteous, and professional, from our phone call with Jennifer, to the boys respecting our home and not damaging anything. We will be using them for our needs for time to come.

Ultimate Plumbing responded quickly when our hot water heater broke over the weekend. They sent a plumber out within about five hours of us calling, and he was able to bring a new heater the following day (Sunday) to install it. The install wasn't easy with the very cold temps, but we did have hot water that night. There were a few things that required adjusting the next day.

The company was very responsive when we had some concerns with the initial setup. Adam came out and spent several hours addressing our concerns. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and spent time explaining the adjustments he made. Overall, we are very satisfied with Ultimate Plumbing. I'm assuming you may be able to get the work done for cheaper elsewhere, but I don't have any reservations recommending the company. They seem to take pride in ensuring the customer is happy with the end result.

Amazing! Ultimate was recommended by a coworker and Ultimate did not disappoint! Personally, I don't like speaking on the phone and was able to get everything done by email and text. Mary was extremely quick to respond. They did accidentally cut my internet line but was somehow able to get the internet provider to come out and fix it faster than I could! I will definitely use them again for all plumbing needs and readily recommend them to anyone!

We had them install a new hot water heater. 9 months later it broke. After fighting with them, they replaced it with a new (smaller) one. 11 months later that one broke! They say it's no longer under warranty and want us to pay before someone even comes to our house! They said it sounds faulty but said we will have to purchase a new one! We just bought a new one 14 months ago! 3 hot water heaters in 14 months?! Stop using faulty products! Save your money! Don't use this company!

The Ultimate Plumbing team did an excellent job of replacing our well tank and pump. The guys went above and beyond to ensure our water service was restored that evening. We were getting ready for winter and went to put a warming light in our well pump box, and when we lifted the box our bladder tank started leaking, a lot. Of course, this was on a Saturday afternoon! We called about 10 places, and Ultimate Plumbing was the only one available. The dispatcher was able to understand what was going on, so they could send the tech with the right equipment.

Their emergency service fee was very reasonable, and someone was at our house with a new tank within two hours. Brandon was very professional, kind, and understanding of our puppy who just wanted to woof at him. He did a great job, explained what he was going to do, showed us the completed work, and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend these folks for all of your plumbing needs!
