Septic Tank alarm was going off. Called AAA Plumbing and they were here within 24 hours. Long story short, thanks to technician Brian, it was discovered that we have 2 Septic Tanks, not 1. The two other technicians, Ian and Chris had a really difficult time locating the second tank, which could not be located because the entry lid was 3ft under ground and 10 feet away from the larger Septic Tank which has an above ground entry lid.

After probing for many hours, they were able to locate it. They used a backhoe to expose the lid, they pumped it, replaced the lid back, filled in the other two holes where they searched, cleaned up and they were done! Minor damage done to Landscaping lighting but I expected far worse results because they were working around two ornamental trees, plants, Irrigation as well as low voltage wiring. Very professional group of guys.

Absolutely wonderful to work with from the moment we called. They set expectations when they would call and show up for the appointment as well as sending a text confirming with a picture of the service tech that would be arriving. Jesse was wonderful! He explained the problem, what needed to be done as well as the cost. Jesse as well as his work was clean, neat and professional. Before leaving he advised what we could do to avoid issues in the future. We will absolutely be using them again. Thank you!

The entire team at AAA City was very responsive! Customer service was incredible. I had a sewer backup problem, and they came out on a Saturday to help me! The team addressed the situation very professionally, although they did have to come back to use a camera to see if I had a break in my sewer line. They quickly assessed the situation and helped me decide that I could wait to address it if I needed to financially, Since I plan to rebuild on my lot!

I've used larger companies in the past, but would recommend to everybody that you use this firm for all your plumbing needs in the future! They were well priced and honest which is a big plus!

Had a great experience today with Wade. Pipe behind washing machine busted. Communication on when service person would be here. He is the most pleasant person. Fast worker. AAA City Plumbing is wonderful! They are responsive, reliable and honest! Joe came to our home and addressed a problem toilet. He assessed the issue, explained the details thoroughly and made the repairs using impeccable precision. A true professional!

AAA city plumping did a great job. Joe Keever came out repiped our whole house that had poly and dura pex. Minimal cuts in the dry wall, cleaned everything up and pulled out our old hot water heaters and installed a new tank less. Even fixed up our dishwasher line and pulled out what looked like an old well/pump that was in the house. Shane did a great job overseeing everything was done correctly and communicating with us along the way with regular status updates. I would definitely suggest these guys for any plumbing needs.

Thanks to Parrish for being so kind and informative during our conversation over the phone. I was so relived after talking with her. I felt like family I was able to get same day service, Parrish contacted me to let me know when the technician would arrive. Frankie was on time and very helpful. I even asked to get some pipes replaced. He had to go purchase a part he didn't on his truck.

I'm so pleased with their work and the fair rates! Did I mention I called on Saturday after my first guy ghosted me! AAA Plumbing worked me into their busy schedule. I'm so thankful!

Had two toilets installed in my home that is a fairly new construction. I called AAA very pleasant to speak with and schedule a time for a quote I explained it's 2 new toilets I purchased at lowes to replace the two that were put I when I built the home 6 years ago. Just wanted nicer adult size toilets no issues with others advised no pipe, drainage issues etc. still insisted on making a visit just for a quote. $100 but if I hired them this would be used towards the install.

I agreed. Came out quoted 600 which was outrageous since it took him less than 30 minutes to install these new seats that were already sitting there waiting on him. But whatever I agreed to pay and I did. Less than a month one of the toilets started to pull from the floor. I called back and he came tightened and said all good. Well not good it did it again so i tightened it and then 2 months later my husband tightened it and still coming loose.

I then called back to AAA so find out the installer no longer was there and they seen the work orders for me but said they need to send out an installer for another quote. I flipped they were charging for another quote to fix what they had never fixed the first times. The owner resolved and sent a competent installer to fix the issue. Not other problems. It would have been nice if the office could have made the continued service to go smoother
