We contacted Kerwin to have them replace all the pipes under our mobile home. After getting a quote and having the work start we noticed that they didn't always have the parts needed so we would run to Home Depot to get what was needed to keep the job moving forward. They switched the hot and cold in the shower and had to return to fix it. When they did they must not have checked there work because we ended up with a leak in the wall behind the shower.
We discovered it because the rug in our bathroom was wet and water was leaking from under our laminate floor. When brought to there attention they refused to cover drying out the flooring and having it replaced. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Replaced a basic heat only thermostat, not a smart thermostat or anything, just a unscrew the old one, attach the existing 4 wires to the new one. I was charged $500. My tenant called them, they weren't even authorized to by homeowner (me) to do the work. I paid, but this should have been a $50 handyman bill, or a one hour bill from a pro.

We have used Kerwin about once a year to clear out tree roots that grow into our main sewer line but they have recently come in to replace a faucet and one emergency pipe repair. They are always incredibly reliable and responsive! Their technicians over the years have all been very professional and friendly. The consistent results and service they have given us over the 9 years we have lived in our house has given us a lot of peace of mind and we don't even think of calling other plumbers now, we know Kerwin is going to be the best!

I wish I had taken the time to read the Google reviews BEFORE I called Kerwin Plumbing. I am sick about the fact that I had to pay so much for such a simple job and parts. I had a hose bib repaired with a repair kit that they charged $41 for (Home Depot and Lowes have them for $13). Furthermore, the job took 30 minutes and they charged $275. I will NEVER call them again!

I've worked with many plumbing companies while working in Property Management and Kerwin has always been the most professional and responsive in the Denver area. I always suggest Kerwin as they are professional and you don't have to worry about what a technician may say or their appearance at a property. Kerwin Plumbing has always understood a sense of urgency and the in office team has always been super flexible as things change. I look forward to working with the team in the future.

I paid $200 5 weeks ago to have my sink unclogged and today its clogged again. I called to ask if they guarantee their work she said only up too 30 days I understand this policy but since I'm 10 days past I felt they could have worked with me or at least gave a discount. In the past when my sink has been unclogged I go 2-3 years with out problems. She just said sorry have a good day. Wont go with this company again!

Their prices are outrageous. $215 an hour for a plumber and an unskilled helper. Half a days work cost $1100. just in labor, not including materials. A good plumber isn't cheap, and there is overhead, and insurance, and office workers. But $150 an hour should be plenty to cover your labor and your overhead. $215 an hour is just gouging. My usual plumber was booked up for the next month, and I had a tile guy come available, so I had to just bite the bullet and find someone local to make it ready. But, looking at my bill now, I sort of wish I just waited it out.

We have called Kerwin Plumbing over the years for our plumbing issues and they have always been prompt and reasonably priced. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. We called them for a non-emergency plumbing issue this week. We had a leaking valve on the water line to a toilet. The gentleman who came out several days after our call was very polite and efficient.
He was here for approximately 30 minutes. He not only replaced the valve, he also replaced the flapper on the inside of the tank. The charge for approximately 30 minutes of work? $275! This is outrageous. The gentleman gave us a "senior discount" and we actually paid $261.25, and that is STILL outrageous! We will not be calling them again, and I am telling all the people I have referred to Kerwin over the years about their current rates.

We had misfortune of experiencing our first frozen, broken pipe. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and had great advice for us to avoid more damage till someone was able to get out to us. The plumber himself was quick, efficient and had great advice to avoid the mishap in the future. The price was reasonable. I would use Kerwin Plumbing again. I appreciate a company that values their customers!
