We contacted Homestead once it was confirmed that we needed to repair/replace our water heater due to gas leakage. Once we explained our situation they were very responsive and gave us a quote and scheduled an appointment for us right away. On the day of the appointment, their personnel arrived on time, they were also professional and explained to us all they were doing.

They also cleaned up after they completed the work. Plus, the company gave us 10% off the bill through a flyer they mailed to our home. I highly recommend Homestead services to any homeowner! Homestead is not only reliable, professional, knowledgeable about their work but they are very trustworthy and have competitive rates!

We started to experience issues with our baseboard heating system on the weekend. Homestead responded very quickly and attempted to help us over the phone to avoid the need to pay an emergency service fee. When we couldn't work around it via a phone conversation, they came out after 9:00 PM on a Saturday and were highly professional and efficient.

Once the core problem had been determined, they were able to get us up and running and scheduled a follow-up for the following Monday. When they returned for the follow-up, they were able to further diagnose the issue and recommend not only the appropriate remediation, but also to help us avoid the issue going forward. Absolutely recommend for their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help.

Customer service was very good to work with. The guys that came out to give me the price on my insulation was very polite and professional. Homestead came out and performed my energy audit in addition to looking at a possible upgrade for my home. While I did not go with Homestead for my job, they were fantastic with the audit educating me how I could improve my home. Their proposal was fair and thorough on the upgrade that we did not go with and Mike was fantastic in providing options and answering questions. Since my discussions with Homestead, I have referred multiple people to them for their professionalism and their work on the audit.

I've had Homestead install more insulation in my house and then replace all the duct work and install a full geothermal system. They did a great job on all of it and while it wasn't cheap the pricing was fair. They do good work and have always been really helpful. I have to say these guys really helped me out. They gave me a much lower quote for installing a tiger loop than competitors, and when our heat went down yet again the very next day (due to still needing the loop), they were able to fit us in that same afternoon. They even updated our oil tank to a more modern version that is less likely to suck in air for very little additional cost. We will definitely be giving them a call next time we need anything HVAC.

Willie G. is always professional, extremely knowledgeable and always reviews the operation of our system with me, answers any questions, and tells me what he saw when he did the maintenance.
