I wish there was more stars to give! Paul was able to fix our problem after two other companies had came out and told us a sewer line would need to be replaced. He saved us tons of money! Highly recommend him and he's such a nice, knowledgeable guy!

Need to have a waterheater repaired. PW Waterworks was on Rheem's website. So I called them to schedule a service. On my 1st call, Paul asked about what's wrong and all that. When it comes to actual date and time of the service call, I needed to confirm with the tenant. So we agreed that I will confirm time and call him back. That's when Paul just disappeared.

Never picked up my call. When I text him on what time slot, and a picture of water heater and again asking him to confirm the appointment. Text back ok. But he was a no show. Not reliable. I would at least expect he text me back that he does not want to do the job.

Paul replaced our subpump after a basement flood. Not only was he professional but took time to ensure everything was perfect. We just made it through all the rains and still have a dry basement. Only plumber we will ever use moving forward

I had frozen pipes, he couldnt get to me but, told me what to do. at no charge. Very helpful and knowledgable. i reccomend this company.
