We had a mini-split system purchased and installed by Paradigm and had a great experience from the sale to install, all staff were professional and friendly. They went above and beyond our expectations. They did not leave until we were comfortable operating the system they went the extra mile! Thank you Paradigm! Highly recommended and will use them for other projects!

2 paradigm technicians came out to fix our heat that wasn't working in our upstairs floor and to fix the loud banging noise the furnace and pipes were making. The techs had to order a $35 part and wait (hours) for it to be delivered to our house. They also said they cleaned our furnace while waiting. They charged us a $50 truck fee, $236 for cleaning, $375 labor, $35 parts, total $696.

They got the heat working again but did not fix the loud banging noise. I called the office to let them know that the noise was still happening and to get clarification on the bill amount. The mgr was condescending to me (like other bad reviews have expressed) but finally agreed to give me back $200. I only asked for a partial refund because I feel they really overcharge and didn't completely fix the problem, and he only refunded the money because he knows they overcharge for labor (2 technicians sitting in my driveway waiting for parts is not labor IMO).

One month later the heat stops working again so I called a different plumber. He was here for 1.5 hrs and fixed the problem and the loud banging noise and only charged us $175! I would never ever recommend paradigm!

I was having problems with heat in my home. I called Paradigm. First Eric came over to take a look at my system and give me an estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable. I immediately called to accept the estimated. I was scheduled for my repair work within just a few days. Eric and Noah came to do my repair. They were prompt, professional and clean! My heat works perfectly now. I am very pleased.

This review is long past due, but well deserved, I wanna share how amazing this company was to work with. I had quite a bit of work done from 5 mini splits, washer drain/hot/cold pipes installed, to my electrical panel being updated to a bigger panel as well as my first floor cast iron tub being reconnected with drain and faucet, these guys were easy to communicate with and were very respectful while doing there jobs, everything came out great and looks great, we had 1 issue with the electrical box that was a small issue but they came out within 24 hours after initial call an fixed the issue, paradigm is a awesome company to work with when you have multiple jobs to get done in multiple different areas as everything went smoothly, thanks again for the great service

We hired this company to do a furnace cleaning and diagnostics as to why our furnace was shutting down. The customer service agent says it would cost $50 service call and $150/hr plus parts. The total invoice exceeded $820.00 which is very high. Also, the technician spent time on his phone talking with his "boss" about 40 minutes for which I had to pay for this time.

The technician did a good job but he took over 4 1/2 hours cleaning and servicing our furnace. He never diagnosed the cause of the problems we were having. I asked about the cause and he simply said, "he could not duplicate the issue". The furnace is working well since they serviced it. But I will say they are very expensive for furnace cleanings and charge a huge markup on parts they provide.

And I don't think it is good customer service to charge me for his telephone time either. I am a Maintenance Supervisor for a large property management company in Manchester NH and I called Paradigm because we used them for a emergency plumbing issue at one of our buildings we manage. But at these prices I was charged for a non emergency, I will think I will try to find another company that is more affordable. I am a senior citizen and belong to a few military organizations in the city and I felt I was severely overcharged.

My son and daughter in law who JUST purchased their first home in Manchester had no hot water. They called for service and a technician came out for over THREE hours and never solved the problem. Your employee PROMISED to come back the next day to try and resolve the problem but he never showed up. My daughter in law called to find out where he was and she was told "no one is coming today, we're booked" Your company left two young new home buyers stranded with no hot water or heat.

Your company never sent anyone back! Your company/employee DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM YET YOU CHARGED THEM $580 FOR NOTHING. They were forced to call ANOTHER company and pay again only to found out their oil tank gauge was broken and they had no oil. TELL ME, isn't that the FIRST THING a professional company check? This young couple who are trying to financially manage a new house got screwed TWICE!

I find you and your business to be very unethical. No repairs were done and a simple diagnostic visit that should have been apparent to a "professional", grossly failed. You got your money though didn't you? SHAME ON YOU!

I booked Paradigm for a minor sink leak repair for two units in the same building. Technician Mike was sent to me and did not finish the simple job. He had plenty of time (2hours) to finish. I was charged full rate and they expected me to reschedule a second visit. I complained to the owner Steve. He got defensive and yelled at me on the phone. He had the nerve to ask me if he could put his marketing sign on my lawn for free.

I said yes and he just helped himself to my yard. But I spent thousands being his client and sent him a thank you gift basket when I first hired him. I even referred him out to my clients. Yet, Steve still snobs me off when I bump into him at social gatherings. Beware of this two-faced business owner. He charges a lot for crappy service. He's burned my bridge.

I had used this service several times in the past as had been recommended. When I called to schedule the appointment I stated needed the plumbing attached to a new sink as we had replaced the countertop and the sink would be in. But needed the plumbing attached. Since I have no idea how long anything takes. I thought they would plan appropriately.

I was never asked about a garbage disposal or hooking up a faucet both of which had to be done but thought that would be part of installing a sink. Garbage disposal was already connected to electricity and pipe, just needed to be attached to the sink. Also mentioned a pipe in the basement with a pin hole leak needed to be replaced. No other questions were asked concerning the plumbing and sink.

When plumber arrived he checked the sink and the basement pipe. Because the house is old suggested he suggested a longer replacement of the pipe. We agreed as it made sense. Since I had taken time from work figured things would get completed. I was extremely annoyed when he received a call. He received a call informing him that he only had two hours so he would not be able to do both jobs.

Since the sink was needed, that became the priority. On two occasions with appointments scheduled, I have been called by the company to have my scheduled appointment delayed and have been told the plumber would be late because the earlier job was taking longer. So my appointments were always put off to a later time. Considering things can take longer, it was not an issue.

Yet today, we were told the jobs could not be done. Would need to reschedule another time which of course would mean paying again for the truck cost. There was no ability to do both jobs even though I told them about the two jobs which needed to be done. Very very disappointed in the company and the unprofessionalism of the scheduling. The plumber was great. He did a professional job, so not blaming him as he was told what he could not do for me as a customer.

I bought a new house this fall. Paradigm was recommended by my home inspector. They exceed my expectations. I had a Generator installed and Craig and Aric were amazing. They were on time, worked clean and were very professional. Well Done! Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Paradigm's (master) electrician, Craig, has been to our house twice in the last couple of weeks. He quickly grasps what needs to be done and DOES it! Craig is efficient, professional, pleasant, takes initiative, and is thorough and knowledgeable. No wasted time with this electrician! I have also worked with Paradigm's HVAC division and they were incredibly good about locating and installing a new boiler for our house.

Other than knowing they were here, there was no sign after the job was completed -- they did not leave behind a single speck of waste. Paradigm is my new go-to so I can work with just one company for many different house maintenance projects we need to have done.

I hired the electrical division of Paradigm Plumbing to install a new chandelier and ceiling fan in my condominium. I was able to book and schedule an appointment in a very timely manner. The electricians showed up on time as promised. The work was completed to my total satisfaction. I would definitely hire Paradigm Electric again in the future. On 8/26/2021 I hired Paradigm Heating & Plumbing Division to install a new HVAC system in my condo replacing an existing 15 year old unit. They did an outstanding job at a competitive price. This is my second time hiring these guys. Five star rating!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air. Called Paradigm! Dispatcher Julie was very nice and set us up with a tech for next day service. Geoff showed up on time, was able to quickly figure out what was wrong with the unit and fixed it. Friendly and reliable service. Will use them again!

I was impressed with the job that Steven and Chase did with tying in our existing outdoor faucets with our existing deduct meter. They replaced our main water line into the house (preventative maintenance). Steve took the time to educate me on what he was doing each step of the way. He is polite and professional. Chase did a fantastic job of installing a new exterior faucet and running new water lines where we needed them. I highly recommend Steve and his team, you won't be disappointed!

Scheduled an appointment a week ago for Paradigm to come today between 2-4pm. I took a half day off of work to be home. I called the office at 3:55 and after a lot of Um's and hold on's, was told - Oh sorry he will be at least an hour and a half from finishing his current job so he can't make it today. How unprofessional and inconsiderate is it that a phone call couldn't have been made letting me know that.

Recently moved to New Hampshire and was referred to this company by the home inspector used during our home purchase. Upon moving into the new home we discovered that the prior homeowners cat urinated in one ac floor vent. Yuck! Reached out to this company and explained my situation and that I specifically required 1 ac flex duct possibly 5-8 inch size, a connecting floor register 12x4x7 and location of where in the basement ceiling I needed the access to be entered from.

At their request I emailed pictures of both the register and internal flex duct prior to scheduling appointment. I reiterated over the phone that since I was paying by the hour ($140 ph) plus a garbage $50 dispatch fee-that I needed the tech to come PREPARED with ALL PARTS needed to complete the requested job. I was very transparent of the work I needed done and parts needed including sizes.

However after 2 1/2 hours later, the technician informed me that he was not prepared with replacement parts. Contacted the office to express my disappointment and frustration only to be greeted with an "oh well" attitude. I was very specific. They wanted to have the clock continue to run while the tech drives away to a parts store (45mins later) and finish the job.

What should have had done in 2 hours would result in 4 1/2+ hours. No communication between technicians and appointment schedulers. Company practices must want the unsuspecting consumer to just take it. Not this DIYer. I'm now finishing up the job myself after paying $315 for 2 hours of 2 small ceiling holes. Oh and the response from the company was to remove the $50 dispatch fee after I stated I wasn't paying that. Consumer beware. Asks lots of questions before technician begins.

They did quality work and the plumbers who came in were great. My wife liked them and she is picky. Only reason 3 and not 5 stars is when we wanted to get our heating replaced and brought someone in for an estimate they never emailed or called back with an estimate. i called and even wrote an email and nothing. We have to go someplace else becasue we cannot get an estimate, therefore we will most lilely take all our biusniess somewhere else.

Paradigm helped me out with a furnace replacement. The service was excellent from quote to completion. Once I agreed to the quoted price, a schedule was set. The technician arrived right on time and was courteous and professional. They exchanged the system and had everything up and operational just like I was told. The next day, Steve (the owner) came out with the building inspector for the completed work inspection. Everything was great and was signed off. Painless and professional. I'll definitely call on Paradigm in the future when I need plumbing or heating support.

I have had the best luck with Paradigm! They find time to schedule, do what they say they are going to do and are friendly and really fair. I have worked with other plumbing companies and I always worried that I was being ripped off. Not with Paradigm. They worked with me and squeezed me in when other companies would have charged extra. I would recommend them to any friend or family member who needed a plumber.

We bought a Baxi boiler from another company that has since gone out of business and needed to find a reliable company to service and fix our continuous problems we have with this unit we called paradigm plumbing and heating a few years ago and have since no longer needed to look elsewhere every time we have an issue we call them The other week we had a technician first name Sean came over to the house and diagnosed the problem with our no heat issue and was more than fair and knowledgeable with the ongoing issues with this manufacturer he was completely professional in all aspects of his job. I am completely satisfied with paradigm plumbing and heating I have and will continue to highly recommend anyone in need of great service

Until 2 months ago I would have given this company 5 stars. I had them out to do various plumbing repairs over the last few years and I was always very happy with the work and their professionalism. When we decided to have central AC installed of course we called them for estimate. Rick came out and told us quote would be to us in a few days. 6 weeks has passed and still have not received estimate.

I have called and emailed and they would promise I would receive estimate by end of day.still waiting. I gave 2 stars because I believe plumbing is great, but I would definitely look elsewhere for AC services.

We had a new gas boiler installed. Very professional and polite installers. Installer explained all the workings of the new boiler. They were detailed oriented and professional. The Town inspector said it was one of the best installations he's seen.

This review is way overdue. In November, Paradigm installed baseboard heating to my second floor (I have a cape). They were timely in coming out to give their estimate and their estimate was not only fair but I got a sense that they knew what they were doing over the other companies I had spoken with. After I got the initial quote, I had a few follow up questions and the office staff was really prompt and kind in handling my questions.

On the day of my appointment the plumbers were on time, courteous and clean with their work. Everything went very smoothly. The job took the number of hours I expected based on my conversation during the initial estimate visit and and there were no hidden costs or fees. I am more than satisfied with Paradigm and would always recommend them to everyone for their plumbing needs.

ABSOLUTE IDIOTS!.On Thursday, I called wanting to arrange an appointment to get a quote on a MAJOR air conditioning installation. The woman who answered the phone was rude & uncooperative. She passed me on to the owner, who ACCUSSED me of just trying to get a quote to confirm someone else's quote. He finally agreed to come see my home on the following Saturday; but wouldn't give me a time. He didn't call Friday but called Saturday morning. He was RUDE & OBNOXIOUS!.I don't do business with this kind of people!

We had all of our kitchen and bathroom(s) faucets replaced today. Justin, the technician, was thoroughly professional, careful, and knowledgeable about his work. Paradigm's price range was very fair, especially considering the amount of labor and calibre of parts (Moen) utilized. Justin will be returning later in the month to finish our new shower/tub faucets. I'll be sure to try to think of anything else he could help us with. I heartily recommend Paradigm and, especially, the technician who helped us today.
