NOT VERY GOOD Never found problem with furnace. Paid for 2 service calls. Had to call someone else who was much more thorough and tested it really well Power seemed to not even test it the first time and just looked at it the second Dont be fooled by 49.99 service low fee; they make the rest up fast, over pricing.

If there could be 0 stars I would give them ZERO! I have been a long time customer, spent thousands of dollars with this company. I liked that they gave you an upfront cost before starting and stuck to it. They replaced a water tank about 2 years ago at a cost of over $1400. The pilot light would not re-light. The controller went bad which is no reflection on them but when I called on a Saturday morning because there was no hot water in the house, my call has gone unanswered for now 4 days and counting!
Another plumber was able to replace the controller( under warranty) and the ice shower I had to endure will not be forgotten, and I have a new plumber. Big ranch-3 residences and a barn= lots of plumbing work! EPIC FAIL POWERLESS PLUMBING!
