Nevada County Plumbing

This is the third time that we have used Mr Rooter Plumbing in Grass Valley. They repaired an outdoor faucet that broke over the weekend. They were on time, and quickly fixed the problem. Previously they installed a new water heater and installed a gas stove with a conversion kit to use propane. Both times, their work was excellent and high quality.

The hot water feed tube under the kitchen sink was incorrectly assembled with two different materials that didn't hold the adhesive bond. The situation was critical as my family is due to have a baby any day. Dillon came the next morning and saved the day having the right parts in the van to make the repair on the spot. Problem solved. Water heater went out during Bennet fire. Next day called Mr Rooter they came out that day did estimate. Called them next day to accept estimate and scheduled job. They were on time, professional and courteous. Did a great job and stuck to estimate.

I called and they had someone out the same day. The technician, Dillon, arrived sooner than I thought and got the pipe fixed quickly and did a better job than the original install. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter if you have a plumbing problem.

The technician was early and when showed the leak knew what to do right away. He quickly replaced the turn off valve. He was very courteous. I asked about another problem with an outside hose connection. He looked at it an explained that the way it was initially installed was not the preferred method and would require major work. Since I had a work around for the problem we left the issue. My judgement is that the technician was knowledgeable and I would use Mr. Rooter again without question.

All I can say is THANK YOU MR ROOTER! We just recently moved into our new home, and automatically had plumbing issues. couldn't even use our dishwasher or washing machine without it flooding. after having multiple companies come out, and even some not showing up for scheduled appointments no one was able to find a solution until these guys came out! I would highly recommend this company, and thank you specifically to Craig and Jesus for making it easy and being super professional! Could not be more thankful

We were in a real jam. We had not called them first but called AB* plumbing as we used them for something else a year ago. They came out, said we needed to extract part of the tree and cut up our driveway to gain access. After trying to talk me out of using him for the service and calling a 3rd party to dig and cut driveway and then call him back to repair.

He finally started and then quit about an hour later because it was to hard and not "easy money". At least he didn't charge us. So then we were forced to look elsewhere and so happy we did. From the moment my wife contacted Mr Rooter she was please with the service. The owners wife did a great job keeping in touch and understood our frustration. Plumber was on time.

Quote was reasonable, even more so for having to work late on a Saturday. They made the job look somewhat easy, like a true professional. They were able to use a shovel and dig down and slightly under driveway were the break occurred. Left the site looking better than they found it. Thanks for the great service, you will be our first to call next time.
