Updated Review 5/4/22 Had technician MATT from Curtis Plumbing come out to replace 3 Lavatory Faucets and a cartridge in the Tub/Shower turn on handle. He was professional and thorough. Did a great job and got us all updated. I highly recommend Curtis Plumbing. Called Curtis Plumbing to schedule an appointment to have them come out and check a small slow water leak under the kitchen sink.

They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician ( Robert ) showed up on time, and was very professional and polite. He discovered the leak in minutes and was able to fix the problem within 30-40 minutes. He had to replace a shut off water valve under the sink, in a tight place. He also double checked the other valve and fittings. I have used Curtis Plumbing in the past, and they are always professional and reliable. Will use them again next time I have plumbing issues.

Curtis Plumbing has serviced our septic system for over 20 years. This is a reliable and reputable company. Communication with the office is always pleasant, scheduling is prompt and timely updates are provided. Joe arrived on time, was polite and promptly treated my system.

The plumber from Curtiss repaired a leaking outdoor pipe, a leaky shower faucet, and fixed the hot water on our kitchen sink and shower. He was very efficient, courteous, and professional. Disappointed! Took a licensed plumber 3 hours to install a simple Delta kitchen faucet. Why? Additionally, why did the plumber have to turn on the water in my bathtub to install the kitchen faucet. The cost of the labor to do a simple kitchen faucet install was $550. The receipt states "every thing is working properly at this time". T he dishwasher would not work as it was not receiving water. So no everything was not working propertly. Goggle says and Delta says it should take a plumber 30 minutes to 1 hour to install the faucet.

After purchasing our home we struggled with our water heater going out intermittently. Our home warranty company didn't want to cover it initially and when they sent a contractor from another local plumbing company out they smashed the pilot light button a dozen times and then left us hanging with little communication. They got it running for about 3 months before it went out again.

At that point we reached out to Curtis Plumbing to see if they could help. When Robert showed up he immediately identified the issue with some improperly placed ventilation that was allowing gusts of wind from the recent storms to blow right on the pilot light of the water heater knocking the hot water out. Robert was thorough in his explanations about how to move forward with not only resolving our issue but gave guidance on how to safely maintain it.

We really appreciate all of his time and professionalism he extended to us. Compared to previous experiences with other plumbing outfits in town we felt truly taken care of and will happily call Curtis Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you guys.

We had a water leak on a Saturday! But Matt called back within minutes, and was here in an hour to fix it. He also recommended another small fix to have us working better! I've been using Curtis Plumbing for my business and they have been great to work with. They came out quickly and took care of my issue at no charge. Great customer service!

I really don't want to give any stars but they did arrive quickly (probably because they don't have much business) and clear the drain. They are dishonest 'salesmen' who take advantage of you in a vulnerable situation. They intimidate you into doing work you may not need. I hope I can save someone else from over paying for a job and then having to hear how everything else is wrong so that they can try and update and charge excessive amounts.

I looked into his recommendations and found that even if I were to "upgrade" I could save at least 25% using another co. and was told I didn't even need those upgrades, from another plumber. I then spoke to my neighbor who told me he would have warned me not to call them as he had a similar experience. Save yourself some money and call someone else. I just joined yelp, that's how angry I am after finding out how much I could have saved.
