We install new sewer lines and replace old, broken or corroded lines, and sewer lines occluded by root intrusion. This includes replacing or repairing sewer lines going from the house to the septic system. Many times, tree roots are responsible for broken or blocked sewer lines which can cause your septic system to back up.
At Michael Penta, we recommend having a thorough septic inspection when buying or selling a home that has a septic system. That way, the condition of the system will be determined, and any potential problems can be addressed. During a septic inspection, the septic tank will be pumped, then inspected taking careful note of the condition and integrity of the walls of the tank, the baffle tees, checking the levels inside of the tank and anything else that can be seen.We provide you with a prompt professional report for escrow.

Penta Sewer specialists were amazing. They went above and beyond to repair a backed-up/plugged up sewer line on THANKSGIVING morning! They worked so hard digging down to the pipe and then cleaning up and filling the hole perfectly before they left. Very courteous and hard-working and obviously professional - they know what they're doing. I'd definitely recommend them!

I had Michael Jr. out to inspect my client's septic system. I had other companies come out prior to him who were not as thorough as Michael Jr. The other companies took just minutes to inspect my system, whereas Michael Jr. spent a lot of time going through everything. These guys are great! Office staff is responsive and always available, field staff knows their stuff and works quickly, and Michael Penta is honest and hardworking. I'd say this is a good ol' fashioned family business. I've been having them work on my septic systems monthly to get a neglected problem under control. They're great at coming up with solutions and even replaced my septic covers and access plates free of charge. I definitely recommend this company!

I have to tell you, I'm truly impressed with Michael's work. Our home had sewage issues that apparently had gone undetected when we had the house inspected before buying. Obviously it was frusterating to find but we looked for a nearby company to give us a quote on fixing it and found Michael Penta online. Not only did he come out to the house very quickly but he gave us a very fair quoted and was able to get the problem solved right away. Excellent service!

I was truly impressed with Michael's inspection when we were going through our home buying process. He did a very thorough job, found a sewer line crack, estimated the remaining lifetime of our cast iron sewage pipes and found that our clean out wasn't adequate. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend him and this company to my friends.
