When customers give us feedback like this, we know we're meeting our goals - and, more important, meeting theirs. I have a tankless Noritz water heater that suddenly stopped producing hot water on a weekday morning.
You can tell a lot about a team by taking a look at its leader: his or her integrity, attitude, relationships with people, etc. That being said, we'd like to introduce you to the Head Frog, Mo Williams. Mo was born and raised in the Bay Area and educated at DVC, CSU Chico, UC Berkeley and, finally, University of British Columbia.
LeapFrog Plumbing actively participates in several local organizations, chief among them Rotary International and the Walnut Creek and Lafayette Chambers of Commerce. We are also proud to be an official PG&E vendor and have been consistently rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Gastite and TracPipe are alternatives to traditional galvanized piping for running gas lines inside homes. Because they are flexible these products take less time to install than galvanized and route easily around obstacles.

I have used this company three times on two different properties and each time they have exceeded my expectations. From being professional and friendly to always going above and beyond, each time they have done everything I asked and always a very diligent about making sure I am satisfied with their work. I don't want to need a plumber, but if I do, they are my first and only call.

It is Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend and our water main blows up. I shut off the water to the house and call Leapfrog. Carol answers and I can hear from the background noise that she's actually answering from home. She assures me that she will call back in 10 minutes with an answer and she does. An hour later Ian is at our house, an hour later we have the water main fixed.
Our thanksgiving is tomorrow because our adult kids were with their spouse's families on Thursday. Thanks to Carol, Ian and Leapfrog we have water for our thanksgiving dinner. Very happy with the 3-hour fix anytime, but especially so on a holiday weekend.

Came out on time. Professional, efficient, personable. We are now enoying our new tankless water heater. They did a great job--thank you! Several weeks after the installation of our water heater we began having problems and discovered serious mishandling of our installation. LeapFrog was reluctant to take responsibility for the poor quality of their work. The office staff was rude and resistant in to trying to help us get someone out to fix the much needed repair. This proved to be a costly, difficult experience. Beware!

I called Leapfrog for an estimate on swapping out a instant hot water heater. They said they were backed up and if I sent a photo of the current hot water they would send me an proposal the next morning. I did that and next morning came. No proposal. I called and was told they were backed up and would receive it by end of day. End of day came and nothing received. Poor service. If they can't follow through on a proposal, how can you feel comfortable hiring them?

Came out to fix a leak, took them four hours to find it, eight hours to fix it. Immediately after they left they hooked something up incorrectly and caused an additional leak, the next day realized the lines they repaired they didn't reroute correctly so ended up having no water in my entire back yard, which wasn't even part of the original problem.
The owner came out and said after paying them $6000 they would work with me on customer satisfaction. Over an hour late for appointment and never heard from them again. RIDICULOUS SERVICE

Leapfrog kept its scheduled appointment time. The repair man was professional, knowledgeable, explained the situation, answered my questions, and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. They repaired my in wall toilet. While the technicians were there they noticed that the toilet water was warm. I explained that since my new new tank less water heater was installed we have been getting hot water in all are faucets. They asked a few questions and we found the "pass through" and the problem was solved.

Highly recommend Leapfrog. PG&E knocked on our door and say we had a small gas leak and they were shutting off our gas until we had it fixed. We were quite angry that PG&E laid this on us during a pandemic, forcing us to spend money and come into contact with people. Nevertheless, we called LeapFrog and they couldn't have been more helpful. Worked with us to come to a workable and affordable solution with running a new gas line. Kevin and Josh did great work and were very nice. And they were flexible on scheduling. If you have any need for a plumber, call Leapfrog!
