We used Kerrygold Plumbing for a number of plumbing problems at our home. We ultimately needed them to (1) stop a small leak under the house, (2) replace a part on a running toilet, (3) replace a dripping/leaking kitchen faucet, and (4) replace the pressure relief valve and pressure regulator. We had only called them out for items 1 and 2, but then noticed lingering issues after their visit.

It took a few more visits (4 in total over a couple of weeks) to diagnose and solve all the issues after the initial repairs, but after speaking with the owner Dan, we figured it out and got back on track. My dad had recommended Kerrygold to me after using them for a major pipe repair, and we both found Kerrygold to be fair, pleasant to work with, and professional.

They show up on time (or even early) and complete the repairs in the projected timeframe. Most importantly, they do good quality work and will come back quickly if the problem isn't solved. Shout-out to our technician leads Marcus and Mauricio and their teammates. We would use Kerrygold again in the future.

We heard water running in the wall and the first plumber we called suspected a slab leak. So did an emergency plumber who came when we found water. A leak detection company came by and confirmed the leak but could not precisely identify the source. We were stuck. A colleague referred me to Kerrygold and they were able to get the right folks in to identify and cap the leak, reroute water from a separate source manifold, and restore water to the house.

From the office staff to the plumbers who came out, I definitely have only positive things to say. My 5-star rating isn't just because they fixed my issue - in this case I can compare to 3 other companies, and Kerrygold were the best: professional, good communicators, on time, reliable, and respectful of property and people. Their estimates, recommendations, and I have already started to recommend them to friends and neighbors, and certainly would use them again.

I must have screened 8 plumbers for a tankless water heater install at my home. I felt the MOST confidence with Kerrygold. They absolutely knew what they were doing, they were professionals, and easy to communicate with. I'm a long time construction project mgr., so I KNOW the difference between pro's and wanna-be's. And, don't even get me started on those plumbers that REFUSED to issue a written quote or wouldn't even return an initial phone call.

What a waste of time and money on their part.advertising a specialty and NOT returning 2 phones calls requesting a quote. How do they stay in business? IDK. SMH. Kerrygold came in with a fair bid that covered EVERYTHING. No BS."Well, we ran into trouble and so.blah, blah, blah." Nope! That never happened. Marcus is the most experienced Navian installer. Installation went smooth as silk.

His helper Rick was totally on the ball. They make a great team. Very courteous, too. They left the job site spotless. I was happy the weather cooperated and it wasn't as hot as it usually is. We did experience a COVID delay, but that was very manageable. So very glad everyone got back to healthy. I highly recommend Kerrygold for your plumbing needs.

After a couple of scheduling snafus on getting an estimate and scheduling the job, we got the job dine. We needed a box for all our laundry supply and waste lines as well as a box for a refrigerator water line. They did an amazing job of getting everything rerouted and moved around and everything seems to work perfectly! We were able to move our washer and dryer back by nearly three inches. All the plumbing work looked perfect! I would not hesitate using Kerrygold in the future!

I've used them 3 times, one for a gas line relocation and twice for a plumbing issue. Today really spoke volumes about the company. They came out because one of their former employee's repairs failed. Marcus diagnosed that the issue was due to the repair being done poorly by the former worker. He repaired the issue quickly and there was no charge! Seriously, find another company that honest!

The only negative is their after-hours answering service and the messaging system on their website is sketchy. Ignore it, call the office during business hours and talk directly to Katherine. They'll take care of you!

Both Marcus and Katherine are consummate professionals. Their passion for excellence from both a service prospective as well as customer service is astounding. I had a great experience using Kerrygold. I called in the morning and the dispatcher told me there was a chance I could be fit in. I was called back later during the morning and that a time slot was available. Marcus was the gentleman that helped me out. He and his co worker completed the work in the estimated time frame. Explained all the work that was done and explained all parts and warranty that was included. Great personality and attitude which was much appreciated! Thanks again!

We had two completely unrelated plumbing issues within three days. Called Kerrygold based on reviews and they came out next day (on a Sunday) to clear our toilet and shower that had backed up. Took the plumber 30 minutes to fix both, and the price was really reasonable. Nice guy too - he noticed our Kansas City flag and we chatted about our hometown and dogs while I wrote the check.

Then we had a gas leak two days later. Called Kerrygold again since they were so great the first time. Again, they were able to fit us in next day and fix the issue in 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Highly recommend! Hope we won't need a plumber a third time this week, but if we do - I know who I'm calling.

Professional and detailed in work and explanation of work. On time, and if running late, they will call in advance to update your time frame. I will never go to any other plumbing company. Marcus and his team are great. Polite and masked for Covid safety. The office staff is pleasant, professional and on top of coordination of crew and with follow up receipts. I have used them for 3 different projects within a short period of time and I was satisfied in each case.

There's not too much to say here. We wanted to get our sewage ejector pump inspected as we've been in the house for 5 years now without doing so. The office was prompt to respond and schedule having a senior tech come to do so. He took a quick look and said everything looks great and there's not much to do without a bunch of unnecessary and expensive work and they were on their way. I appreciated the honestly tremendously. Sometimes getting no service is the best service of all!

Excellent service. I had a drain clog blocking my two master bathroom sinks (on the second floor). The clog was beyond the P traps and difficult (impossible?) to reach with a snake going the usual route. Marcus and Mauricio had seen this problem before and checked to see if there was a roof vent for the sink drains. There was, and Marcus climbed onto my roof (though he has a fear of heights) and was able to clear the clog with the snake through the roof vent.

They could have easily ignored the roof vent solution and advised that the only way to access the drain pipes was to cut through the wall which would have been an expensive fix. Thank you Marcus and Mauricio. You guys are the best!

Kathrine was great! She had such a kind demeanor i was immediately at ease. Eric arrived right when she said he would. and he kept working on my drain until it was clear! This was no small task, frankly I'd have given up on it after the first hour. 3 hours he persevered. My drains are so fast they're unrecognizable! He even tightened up the mounts on my toilet. The man is a hero!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and the Plummer's that came to do the work, Marcus and Alex. These guys are top notch professionals. I called late Friday night and got a call back within 10 mins. I explained my problem and he said he'd bout the next day between 8 and 10. 8am I got the phone that they were mins away.

They came and were polite and got right to work and followed Covid -19 guidelines. They fixed my leaking shower and even made it look better that it did before. They worked fast and were done within a couple of hours. If you want a fair price and excellent professional service this is the company to call. Consider yourself lucky if you get Marcus and Alex on the job. You'll be glad you did. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I'm not big on writing reviews but they deserve it.

Marcus and Alex did a great job repairing a drain line that was leaking from the upstairs unit. They came with masks and were courteous and respectful. They were also very knowledgeable and got the job done professionally. Didn't leave any mess.

These guys are great. I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom and another company came by and said my pipes had to be replaced at a cost of $3200. I immediately went to get a second opinion. The guys at Kerrygold came by early the next morning and replaced the wax seal on my toilet and the problem was solved.

We bought a new fridge, but the big box store delivery men refused to hook up the waterline to the ice maker! Fine. I put in a request on Angies List, and of those who called, only Kerry Gold called back to say they could send a plumber that same day! Joe arrived quickly, and within minutes had the line hooked up and water flowing from my fridge water dispenser. What a miracle worker! This week we only needed our tankless hot water heater serviced and an adjustment to our shower. Joe was great and we have so much more hot water running through our pipes now. We have called Kerrygold a couple of times now and we will continue to use them for our plumbing needs. We have had Marcus out for our on-demand water heater and his level of expertise and attention to detail has been excellent. He has worked to solve our issues while always being super friendly and easy to talk to. He has thoroughly explained things to a degree that inspires real confidence in his work.

Four years ago our plumber died. We needed a plumber so we inquired around and a friend recommended Kerrygold to us. We have been working with Kerrygold since and are extremely pleased with their professionalism & service. Recently we needed to change the faucets in our Kitchen's sink. We called Kerrygold and a lady by the name of Sindy set up the appointment for us, She was very polite & helpful.

On Monday as scheduled at 10:00AM sharp the technician by the name of Eric arrived. Their punctuality is unbelievable. After checking what the job entails, he quoted a price which was very reasonable. He worked for 4 hours and did a wonderful job. He didn't rush and wanted to make sure everything was connected properly and that it was not leaking.

After he finished the installation, he clean the cabinet under the think and help us put back all the bottles which we removed from under the sink. In the last 4 years we used Kerrygold to replace all the faucets in the master bedroom, replace our sewage system from the house to the street, fixed leaking galvanized pipes, fixed our guest bathroom toilet and replaced our faucets as well as our hot water tank. Without hesitation we highly recommend Kerrygold.

I smelled some gas and thought my water heater was leaking gas. I called Kerrygold and they were extremely helpful and set up an appointment right away. Joe, the technician, came out and verified that the heater was not the problem. Joe checked the vent on roof and realized it had collapsed. Because of that the gas was leaking into my garage. I feel that not many people would have went above and beyond and checked for all possibilities. I'm super thankful he did. Awesome company! Thanks Joe and Kerrygold!

I called several plumbers to come unclog my sink. It was late in the day, but Kerrygold was very responsive and sent someone out at 7am the next morning. Douglas was on time, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He took care of several plumbing issues and was respectful to not leave anything dirty. I would definitely use Kerrygold again!

We needed to find a new plumber ASAP and decided to try Kerrygold given their very good reviews. The reviews didn't lie. They put in three faucets, a shower trim and a toilet for us. The work was top quality and more importantly the customer service amazing. This is the second time we've had to call Kerrygold Plumbing (different issues) and I would do it again and again! Marcus and Joaquin were excellent service guys at the house. They did everything that needed to be done, plus checked other areas for problems. Tim in dispatching is very thorough and makes sure I am always aware of the status of arrival.
