The young men that came and fixed our plumbing problem were so polite and knew what they were doing. We are in our 70's and were unable to use our water because of our back up. They came to the house and there was more work than originally thought. They were here for multiple days and I dont have a single complaint about any of the staff or the work that was done. They are prompt about calling you back and they arrive when they say they'll be there. Thanks to Blake, Tyson, Cole, Chris and Bonnie.

Twice we've had them out to do repairs on our rental property. Twice we paid them the home warranty service fee and twice they failed to let the home warranty company know that we paid on time and twice that put our account in default. They don't return phone calls when they say they'll call right back and when confronted they said they forgot to call back or forgot to contact the home warranty company. They have absolutely unreliable business practices. They don't seem to understand or care that we as the owners suffer from their negelgence.

Asked for Backflow Test. They came out and fiddle around for 2min. Says failed needs rebuild. Wanted $300. I suspected something shady so I said I want to hold off. Called another plumber who came out and actually did test and Suprise! It pass! More than 1 month go by and they send a bill Claiming they rebuild after we refused them. If BBB account is present with them I am filing complaint! Did not sign work order! Did NOT ask for them to come back! You have been warned!
