Services
Hydrojetting is the process of using water under high pressure to scour the pipe walls clean of grease, debris, roots, sand or dirt and flush it all out and away downstream. Hydrojetting is unique in that it is the only process that can actually clean your lines. Because of this, hydro-jetting has become the industry standard for sewer and drain cleaning.
Plumbing repairs can become expensive and that is why we've worked hard to provide options to our customers. Repayment terms vary from 12 to 144 months depending on loan amount. The first monthly payment will be due 30 days from the date of application and monthly thereafter.

Critical: Value Got charged $75 dollars just for them to come out on a Friday to tell us that they can fix it on Monday. $410 dollars to replace a shower cartridge! Very crooked company. Service: Shower repair

The plumbers for Brian's Plumbing seemed to be very knowledgeable about their job. However, the first pair of men weren't here but 5 minutes when the older man told us he couldn't get under our house. Someone else would have to come to see about our problem. We were still charged for their trip here. The second pair of men came a week later and repaired what was needed.

A third pair of men came to replace a pipe that had been incorrectly installed in our furnace heater. Then a guy was called in to inspect all the work. Finally another pair of men came to light all the heaters but they didn't know how and my husband lite 2 water heaters, the furnace and the gas fire place. The cook stove was no big deal. We were genuinely disappointed in the job taking 9 people to get one problem fixed.

Especially for the amount of money it cost. I believe we paid two times more for 2 pairs of workers that came and did NOTHING. At a cost of $210 for a round trip from Wichita Falls twice. Who has $420 to give away. Sure would like a face to face discussion with Brian Walser. Thanks

Fantastic service. I had them run a line for my new ice maker. Fast, efficient and worth the money.

Used them before with no problem. However; after the freeze of February 2021 I called them to check for leaks with frozen pipes. They told me that they were not working with insurance companies. When I asked about the house call, the price was double and they wanted cash. Similar to price gouging. Thank goodness my insurance agent had a great guy to call.

11/17/21 Coyt & Steve were very professional. They explained all that needed to be done, got permission before doing the work. Because of the lateness of the day they had to come back the next day early. They removed all the old products & made sure there was no water on the floor or leaks. Great job!

Don't bother trying to make an appointment using the website. Even though it gives you times to pick from I was told those times don't matter and they don't go by them. So why is it there? I never got a chance to actually have one of the plumbers do any work, so they may be great, but the office manager was rude and not helpful. She offered to have someone come out but said it would be after hours so I'd be charged more of course.

Then she tried to convince me my hot water heater would need to be replaced (so, a several hour job) instead of just repaired. I hadn't even told her what the problem was. If you don't have to deal with her you may have a great experience.

Highly recommend. After using a company who we would never recommend to anyone we called Brian's plumbing. They came out and within 2 mins of being here found the break in our sewer line. Didn't charge use an arm and a leg in overcharges to run the camera or use the locator. The other company wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just to run a camera.

We had a crew out here the next available day to jackhammer through our slab to repair the break. It went smoothly and quickly. Should have only been a 2 day job like they said but out of their control the city inspector was a no show on day 2. Highly recommend this company. We had a great experience and they really care about their customers.

Excellent service from the start. Customer service was kind and helpful. They came out quickly to resolve a clogged drain and Anthony's work was fast, efficient, and effective. I highly recommend, and will be using Brian's Plumbing again in the future when I have another issue. Service: Drain unblocking

Called them with my faucet outside leaking very severely and when I explained the situation they had a plumber at my house within 10 minutes. They cut off the water and the person that responded to the call did not have part on his truck and when he called the office to say he needed to go to shop to get part another of their plumbers was in the area and brought the part while in route to another job. What team work and customer service. This is why Brian Plumbing are my plumbers. Thanks again to the whole team from the office to the plumbers in the field.

I've used Brian's Plumbing three times for a property in Wichita. They've tackled issues as simple as replacing a garbage disposal, to complex projects like installing a new water line, and running a hot water line to the outside faucet. I found the work to be of good quality, and was able to get them out pretty quickly. Granted, it was not always cheap, but few plumbers are. It's worth the extra to me for it to be done right, as I don't have time to fool with people who don't respond or do shoddy work. For me, it has been a good experience.

Loved that they were observing coivd-19 protocols, and wore masks! They were prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable about their work, and diagnosed my situation after just a few minutes. They had great, affordable plumbing, and knew their business when it came time to fix my leaky shower. I recommend their service to anyone looking for fast service with a smile! Thanks Guys! If I need any other plumbing done, when I need professionals, I have your number on speed dial!

Missed two very obvious things on a plumbing inspection out of laziness, but had no trouble charging for it. I won't recommend BP to anyone anymore. Bad business practices all around. They have since called due to my review on Facebook asking "well what did we miss?" Husband explained the obvious. They admitted to "probably should've looked at that better and spent a little more time on it." And that was that. A resolution to make it right done by the business? No. Don't go to Brian's Plumbing. I'll continue to spread the word to everyone I know.

Poor customer service. They seemed like they were bothered by me making a service call. I was willing to pay the extra money for emergency services but the attitude of the ladies who answer the phones made me change my mind.

If you are a single woman expecting not to be taken advantage of. AVOID doing business with Brian's Plumbing! I was charged $970.00 for a $250.00 fix. AND, after selling me a water heater I did not need, 3 days no hot water. I googled the problem. In less than 5 minutes with a master plumber, I found a huge leak under the house that should have been OBVIOUS to a plumber.

They fixed the leak and charged me for it. They left at 4:30 pm. 2 hrs later, no hot water. They didn't turn hot water back on. They left again at 7:30 pm. After tracking mud thru the house. 7:40 pm, no hot water. Grabbed flashlight, went to my new water heater, that I never needed anyway.the breaker was never turned on. So, unless you want to go without water for days, spend money you can't afford to, and in the end have to figure it out by yourself.don't walk away-RUN! AND, if you're expecting customer service or to speak to the owner.let me save you money and time - call a REAL plumber that is HONEST!

Every time I work with this company I'm just amazed and the professionalism. From the kind workers explaining what they are doing, to cleaning up after themselves ( ok this is a huge one lots of people leave messes when they are don't and I am left to clean up after them. Not with Brian's plumbing). Brian him self is a nice guy, tries to save you money by letting you dig your own holes for pipes (sounds weird but for 80$ an hour I can dig up the back yard myself and he even suggested it if I wanted to save money)

We were disappointed from the start of the morning the day that they fixed a leak at our house. They showed up a few minutes late. Technically, they were only at the house for less than 3 hours, but they charged us for 5 hours of work. A good majority of that unaccounted time happened during lunch. They put 2 unnecessary large holes in our walls in different rooms, which we had to patch up. We don't recommend the company.

I called Brian's Plumbing at 4:00 PM and the were able to come out to clean the main line within two and half hours. The employees were friendly and chatted a bit. Prices were reasonable. I would call again if needed.
