If the service is any bit as vile, disgusting, and dirty as its workers, I'd steer far away from Howard Kane Plumbing. I witnessed a long-haired, yellow lens glassed punk in one of their filthy company trucks bearing a license plate reading something like CC1-661 racing down the 121 tollway cutting off multiple cars, and flipping the middle finger as if it were going out of style. IN A COMPANY VEHICLE.
However I can't be sure of the license number since the company cares so little about their public appearance that the back plate was crumpled beyond legibility. Is this a plumber you want in your home? One so brazen and clueless of his own lack of self consciousness that he would behave like this in his company vehicle? But it doesn't end there: As I witness this numbskull driving like a dangerous jackass down the highway, I called the office to report it.
Big mistake. The vapid little girl answering, head filled with nitrogen didn't apologize for the idiotic behavior by their employee, nor did she say any real action would be taken. In fact, she said very little at all outside of confirming that, yes, she did indeed pick up the phone, that yes, they can identify an employee by their license plate, and yes, she will pass this off to, "whoever it needs to go to." Howard Kane Plumbing: Quality flaunting of the law; Integrity of the highest nonexistent fashion; Experience with crude hand gestures; and Innovation in how to behave poorly in public. Nice representation, kid.
