I'm a repeat customer, with good reason, Johnny Rooter is a fantastic plumbing company, and don't be fooled by the name, they do everything plumbing related, from fixing clogs to replacing a toilet. This time an unbalanced washer snapped a waterline in the laundry room flooding the house on a Sunday. They gave me instructions that day on how to get cold water back and were here early the following Monday morning and the quite polite technician performed an excellent service quickly for a very reasonable price. He even gave me free advice on an unrelated issue with my AC condensor drain. I highly recommend Johnny Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

Cameron tackled what must have been over half a century of accumulation in our washing machine drain; successfully! He worked tirelessly and at considerable length to tackle the problem. A terrific example of work ethic and skill. We are extremely impressed by his determination and professionalism. Cost was also most reasonable. Very highly recommend this!

Johnny Rooter is where it's at. I have many rental properties and two businesses in my home and they are pretty much my go to choice two get things done correctly and with a warranty.

The plumber was prompt, courteous, competent and informative. He restored a bathroom to functionality and told me about preventive maintenance techniques. My commode no longer wobbles, and the drain pipes now empty out as they were designed to do. He also used a camera to find a crack in a pipe within the concrete slab. The bathroom went from zero drainage to normal in a little over an hour.

These folks go the extra mile to make things right! There was a bit of confusion the morning of my appointment and Johnny Rooter was not able to come at the time that was scheduled on the previous day, and they made the extra effort to come out the same day after hours to rectify the issue. Not only was the issue resolved, but they made no hesitation to assume responsibility. Things happen, and they did what needed to be done. Can't ask for anything more from a service company!

You never need to find a different plumber again as long as you don't move. Do they show up on time? Yes. Do they fix the problem? Yes. When someone referred Johnny Rooter to us, they were listed in their phone as, "Zach is a great plumber." I have kept that description in my contacts, since it is true.

Zachary was amazing! He was punctual and professional through and through. He came to do our leak inspection and was the most professional plumber I have yet to meet. Alex was the best! He showed up after hours and took care of a issue that was quickly becoming an emergency. He worked to find the problem (not an easy task) and did everything necessary to get the problem fixed. He was courteous and easy to work with. Johnny Rooter is a Horrible Company. I waited more than a week to have some one come and unclog my Toilet Drain. A guy named Cameron showed up 30 minutes late and started showing an attitude. I asked him politely are you vaccinated and his answer was "Do you want to get the job done?" Then I asked him very politely if he could please wear some type of shoes protection because his shoes were very dirty and I did not want him walking on my carpet and spreading germs.

He paused, walked to his truck and drove away. He was rude and obnoxious. I called Johnny Rooter and told the lady that you had a guy who came and then just drove away. Her response was "May be this is not the Company for you" and she hung up on me. Very rude. Everybody that I have spoken to at this Company is rude and obnoxious. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH JOHNNY ROOTER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Needed to fix a toilet leak and they came right away! Joseph knocked it out super quick and, well, saved the day TBH!

I hired johnny rooter plumbing to extend a gas meter line on the side of my house and to coordinate with the gas company. Give the the gas load and tell them when the permit was passed. They did neither. I used them about a year ago and fired the plumber as he would not do what I asked him to do. I AM DONE!

Johnny Rooter plumbing has been doing all the plumbing repairs in my 1957 home for years. When I had to have a major tunneling and sewage pipe replacement there was no question of who I would hire. These folks are reliable, fair and do great quality work. I found the crew that worked on my massive plumbing job very professional and conscientious about their work, making sure I had some operational plumbing, explaining to me what was going on and leaving their work environment and my house tidy every day. Thanks so very much Johnny Rooter for being a company I can depend on. You are a rare find!

I hired them to replace some bathroom faucet fixtures. Jason was professional, kind, and fixed my issue right away. I would definitely use them again!

I spent nearly $1,000 with Johnny Rooter, not to mention about $800 I had to spend in wasted water. The City of Austin threatened me over the poor quality of their work, which was not to code. If you are looking for a plumber even on short notice, give this one a call. They get the job done with no drama and the service is always great. Mike this time was awesome! I happened on line and found a coupon on their website- always a nice gesture!

Very nice people but they have gotten crazy expensive. They sent out two people (one appeared to be a trainee) on a non-weekend and non-emergency call. A garden hose faucet (bibb) needed replacing and I was afraid that I had messed it up since it would not come off and got a tiny bit twisted around. The people were nice and decided that the only thing needed was to unscrew the old faucet (it took some muscles) and screw the new one on.

The cost was just under $250! Seriously, they only had to unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. Took about 15 minutes and they even had me turn the water to the house off and later back on myself. And the faucet itself is now crooked! I contacted the company and the owner feels that the charge is reasonable. Too bad that he has gotten so greedy and charges so much. He must have a yacht payment due.

If having a plumber fix a clogged toilet can actually be a pleasant experience, this one came close. A friendly man named Cameron made my day. I have used this business in the past and, based on today's experience, shall do so again.
