Critical: Professionalism Worst customer service ever yes we called on a Sunday morning for a burst pipe he answer saying what do you want and that shut the pipes off and call him back on Monday! Call someone else this guy obviously doesn't care about his customers!

Poor customer service. The technician, James, did not want to do our repairs even though we had scheduled a week and a half out because they had other more time consuming jobs that day. He couldn't wait to leave the property. We had already agreed to change the time of our scheduled appointment to accomodate them due to a change in their own schedule.

I was then told that I should have given them a better description of the work to be done at our house. Very disappointed in scheduling staff and technician. We were able to call another plumbing company from Orlando the same day and they handled all of our needs.

Waited for several weeks to have service done, they never showed up and decided that they didn't want to do the job anymore after the 2 weeks of wait. So that's several weeks lost of wasted water only to deal with an obnoxious secretary. Go with Brownie Pumbing. They cost a little bit more, but you get quicker service and better attitude. The reason why they are so booked is because they are so cheap ($80 per service) not because they are good. $40 saving is not worth the aggravation and the insult. I wonder how do they stay in business, maybe it's the $80 a call. Your sanity in your home is worth more than $40. P.S. I dont work for Browniw, I promise you.

How rude is the "after hours" service staff, I called at 3 pm. Already considered after hours. She did not answer any of my questions. Poor service do not even want to know if its a good company.

Todd made sure he stayed here at the house until he solved our problem. We are very sure no other service provider would have stuck with the issue as long as he did. His philosophy is that he WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE PIPE IS CLEARED. It is awesome to have a person with such integrity working in our home. Thank you Todd!

Great customer service from the home office. Great customer service from Angel. From beginning to end they made a tough time easy. Would highly recommend to anyone. Absolutely the best plumbing company I have felt with.

Paul the General Manager personally helped make sure my dry sauna unit was working properly after install. Turns out it was operator error on my part and at no time was I given a hard time or talked down to. Thank you guys very much.
