We originally called them after finding water in the ceiling of our laundry room and luckily it wasn't anything major. Overall this is me of the best companies we've hired and our plumber Jimmy was great. While he was as there I asked about replacing our kitchen faucet and a toilet in our spare bathroom. He was able to quickly pull up different selections and give me a quote on the spot.

We went ahead and scheduled them and like clock work they came when they said they would and provided updates on their arrival time. The work itself was done quickly and with the hugest level of professionalism. I hugely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They also do water softeners and filtration systems. We're planning to get a softener in the not too distant future.

We're new to the area and are happy to have made our first call to Prime Plumbing - they arrived sooner than expected after we found a pond in our front yard! Gulp. Old plumbing had ruptured near the city connection and we needed help quickly on a Friday evening. They were polite, no-nonsense and communicative. From my first call to the office to the technicians, Zach B and Donnie B leaving after installing a new hot water heater, my experience with this company was more then I expected. The line of communication was always open and kept me informed through out the process. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Zach and Donnie were very respectful not only of me but my property as well.

Nick M. at Prime Plumbing did plumbing work at my house. Worked on two toilets and fixed the sprayer on my sink. Nick was very personable. Didn't expect a plumber to be friendly or personable. Nick was professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed what needed to be fixed. Excellent quality work. Reasonable price. Put Prime Plumbing in my cell phone contacts. Next time I need a plumber, I'll call Prime Plumbing and ask for Nick.

The service I received from the technician Alex was great. He was professional, kind, and his attitude was great. He found the leak and replaced all the damaged parts. Cleaned up the area and left everything in perfect working order. The customer service personnel were very helpful and kept me up to date on the arrival time along with a picture of who to expect. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Called to have my toilet fixed due to backup. Mike was very professional and informative and upon completion noticed I had a much larger problem. The sewer line was in bad shape which he discovered by using a camera down the entire line which then had to be repaired. The repair crew headed up by James came and removed and replaced the sewer line which had been damaged by age and roots. They were very professional and friendly and answered all of my concerns. I would definitely use Prime Plumbing in the future and highly recommended this firm.

We were happy that Ben was able to come a day early to install a new garbage disposal and replace a bath sink drain. He was very professional as he explained what he was doing and why. He also explained what we need to do to keep things running smoothly. He kept his shoes outdoors, cleaned up and collected the used items to be removed. We enjoyed talking with him and will definitely call for him again if we need any plumbing services.

This is the 2nd opportunity I've had to have Prime Plumbing provide service to us. Both times I've received excellent service both from the office and with the tech (Michael G. both times). Prime Plumbing is our go-to plumber and I hope to be able to continue to have Michael as the tech. Highly recommended.

Tech Danny did a wonderful job updating the plumbing system and installing a new water heater in our home. He was very professional informative and very courteous. His associate Tony was a great help to him for this job. Their work was approved by the inspector. We will definitely call your company again and refer you to our friends.
