The technician was a lot of help and helped identify my problem. I was a little embarrassed that neither my sprinkler contractor nor I had not seen the issue before. Service was prompt, professional, and helpful. Very professional & was the only repair person to cover his shoes when coming in the house.

I would never use this company ever again! They came out to my father's house when he thought there was a leak inside the home. It turns out only the water faucet on outside was dripping from a two way splitter. After about 10-15 minutes MAX of actually work with me helping to remove the old splitter the issue was solved but nothing was actually fixed/repaired.

When I heard someone ask my Dad for payment of $350 I was shocked and ashamed that it felt like my older father was being completely taken advantage of. I called "customer service" and asked if "they could charge something reasonable for the job done as in maybe $150 which still seemed high and more than fair" the rep then put me on hold without asking for about 5 minutes and came back and said "the tech had already been there 1.5 hours." I just said "ok ok." I have run businesses before and I'm a realtor you won't work on my home or my families or friends homes again.

We had some concerning wetness in our bathroom area after showering and thought it could be a leak behind the wall - Josh from Leak Doctor came was incredibly thorough and professional. He figured out what our issue was and I am grateful to him! He seems to really love his job and is definitely knowledgeable. He gave us a bunch of great tips for overall prevention of water issues. Highly recommend.

I heard a noise that sounded like water running under my kitchen sink. I called Leak Doctor. Josue Valdez came out to track down the problem. He was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He found the leak, along the way explaining what he was looking for. Turns out the leak is in a cold water line behind the kitchen wall. We have decided to repipe our house our pipes are old, and they are cast iron and copper pipes. I would highly recommend this company to everybody.

Outstanding work! Josh and Anthony came to the house because we found a tile that was warmer than the others. I suspected a slab leak. I called and they were scheduled to come in a fast time-frame. Josh called when they were on their way and they were on-time in the time frame I was told. Both of the men were professional, friendly and good at what they do.

They pinpointed where the leak was and even took care of some other small issues they found while they were detecting the leak. That was completely unexpected and highly appreciated. I don't usually leave reviews, but I will say that this high praise is well-deserved. Thanks so much!

It was determined that we had a leak at our commercial building, but a plumber was unable to find any leaks inside after inspecting all 10 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Therefore, the leak had to be outside the building and most likely under our cement parking lot. I called The Leak Doctor first, but was a bit concerned about their hourly rate. After calling other companies, it appeared that I needed to go with The Leak Doctor after all. Josue came out within a day and assured me that he wouldn't waste any time since he knew how pricey the service would be.

I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, as he methodically ruled out any potential causes for the leak. Ultimately, Josue used his sensitive equipment to find the leak several feet under the parking lot slab and put an "X" on the spot where he thought it would be. He said it was probably too deep for him to make the repair so he recommended another plumbing company, who came out the next day, used a backhoe to dig up the lot, found the leak inches from where Josue marked it, and repaired it. I coordinated with a concrete guy to fill in the hole that same afternoon. Thank you Josue for doing such a great job in finding the leak so quickly for us!

Called these guys to find a bad leak. After 45 mins of looking the "technician" says the leak is very close to my water meter and marked the spot. 3 days later, a hole forms in my yard, 130 feet and 9 inches from where the "technician" marked. Now, I understand there is a margin of error, but 130 feet? I called asking if there was an kind of concession they could do for being so far off.a 10% off my next leak?.or $5 off for being so far off? NOTHING! What a horrible customer service policy. I've been dealing with customer service for 26 years and I would never treat a customer like this.

I had a Leak in my home and someone told me to call the Leak Doctor. They sent Marco Turner as my plumber, he was punctual, pleasant and very precise. He could determine the area where the Leak was and it was right behind the heater in my daughter's room. We had to remove the bed, lift the carpet etc., we did it fast and he was totally helpful. I find them very reasonable, they charge only one price and I was comfortable with that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

We had a leak in our home and the adjuster suggested leak doctor. The tech Dave cooksey was sent out. He was punctual, friendly and efficient. He did an amazing job explaining what he was doing and precisely found where the leak was coming from. He was also nice enough to temporarily stop the leak until we can get a plumber out to fix it. I would without a doubt use them again.

This is my first time using The Leak Doctor and I must say they are fantastic! We have had a leak for a little while in our office but it could not be found. Plumbers told us it had to be under the foundation as they were not able to find anything. Before we started ripping up the floors we decided to call The Leak Doctors and I am so glad we did! Dave was awesome!

He was very friendly and professional and found our leak very quickly between the walls. The best news was it is an easy fix and we do not have to rip up any floors. Great job Dave, thank you so much!

On June 3rd, at the recommendation of my plumber, I contacted Leak Doctor. I can't say enough great things about David Delgado! I made the call at 8:23am and by 9:40am David was here. He was very thorough in detecting the hot water slab leak I had. The leak was EXACTLY where he marked it to be. He was very friendly and informative on my options. David, thank you so much for the superior service!

I have used this company several times and even recommended them. This time they said the leak was in the concrete slab and marked it with a x. The plumber brought in a jack hammer to do the job but the leak was not in the floor. It turned out the leak was in the wall. I sent a photo to the company and asked for a refund if $100 as this was the cost associated with the miss.

I had paid them 350. The manager called me back and said that they only need to be within 18 inches. This was never told to me on any of the other jobs. They said no refund. Big difference between under a slab and in a wall. This is not good customer service considering I have used you 4 previous times. Be fair with your customers.

Dave with Leak Dr was friendly & professional and found my issue in minutes. There was a small hole in the seem of our stucco that I never would have thought was the issue. He sprayed a garden hose at it and sure enough water came in. This was a HUGE relief because we were starting to think it was something much worse and much more expensive. Since they charge a flat rate and really aren't doing the work to fix the issue I felt assured they weren't trying to up charge me or make me feel like it was something worse then it was for the extra business. They found the issue and gave us specific steps to correct it. I will use them in the future for any water issue. Highly recommend.

The stress of knowing you have a leak is enough to make a homeowner want to sell. The service we received form David with the Leak Doctor helped me understand what to expect next and put my stress level at ease. He was very professional, informative and went above and beyond to work through the challenges of our issue. I would highly recommend the experts at Leak Doctor and greatly appreciated David's honesty and assistance.

We have been charged more that 300 dollars, they went around the house for 5 minutes! and told they found the leek, we paid to fix it and we just found out there is another leek that not was found the first time, we call them again and ask for help as we just call a few days ago and hope we can at least have some discount, but NO no discount, no help no nothing, I just need to pay another 300/400! And if there is another leak no detected the second time it will be another 300/400! Stay away from this company!

David was awesome. He let me tag along to watch him work, and the man is passionate about his job. His tenacity (and techniques) in finding my slab leak under a wall were impressive. My plumber had recommended Leak Doctors. I am glad he did. Price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Leak Doctor helped us big time and they were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout. They helped us find an old leak that'd been ongoing for so many years, we were accustomed to paying it. Water bill should drop by more than half! Thanks Leak Doctor! AAA+++

Extremely informative, skillful, and thorough. I am actually in awe of how he found the mysterious slab leak under our sprawling ranch so quickly. In the end (and within the time given for the basic charge), he pinpointed the leak to the EXACT spot. Josue Valdez with Leak Doctor saved us a ton with his efficiency and skills.

We had a pipe bust in our walls which our regular plumber could not locate. So, we called in Leak Doctor. In addition to taking the time and care to locate the leak, the tech was able to access and repair it without ripping out our kitchen cabinets (which is what the insurance adjuster and other plumber thought we needed to do). The tech was professional and friendly and showed up on time each day.

The office staff was also professional and easy to work with. I was always able to speak to a person and, when needed, a manager, with no difficulty. Additionally, the tech accidentally damaged our ceiling; however, he immediately acknowledged it and Leak Doctor promptly paid to have it repaired. No questions, no hassles. In fact, they followed up with me to ensure the repair work was completed. I would recommend this company.

I am aware there are good and bad experiences with any company, but our experience was not good at all with Leak Doctor. Not only did the technician show up on the wrong day, but he had an attitude because I was unable to let him proceed due to my work schedule. When the technician did return, my encounter with him was not very pleasant. Oncee the work was completed, we still continued to have a leak in our pool. Furtthermore, we did not receive any information on where the leak was or how to fix it.

I called and asked for someone to come back out and find where the pool was leeaking. Once the second visit was complete, we had a couple of weeks where it rained, thus making it difficult to determine if we were still losing water. Once the rained stopped, we were able to determine that we still had a leak. I called Leak Doctor and spoke with Jennifer, who informed me that they would go back out, but they would have to charge me. Now, if the work provided did not stop the leak, why in the world would I have to pay again?

I was told I was past my 30 days. We will never use this company again! I hope your experience was not as bad as ours. Please let this post warn future customers as to their inability and desire to treat the customer right! So sad. Update: A month a go Leak Doctor said they would come back out and check for leaks again, as we were remocing more water than before.

When we returned homw our waterfall was not working so I called to determine why, I was told by the rude receptionist that it was broken. There was nothing at all wrong with the waterfall. Save your money and xll someone who knows what they are doing. Worst experience ever! Pamela and Daniel Fournier

I found a puddle of water on Sunday. Called Leak doctor on Sunday late afternoon. Steve came out on Monday, located the leak within 30 minutes. He returned the next day and had to jackhammer the tiles(very tidily) and it was EXACTLY where he said it was. It took all of two hours to do a complicated job around a kitchen island. Before he sealed up the hole he showed me everything and showed me that the outside water dial was no longer spinning.

Very thorough and respectful of the fact that I was female and not 'in the know ' of all the plumbing works etc. Steve was mannerly, informative, offered exemplary service, cleaned up after himself and overall an absolute great guy = Brilliant If there were 10 stars I would mark all of them. I HIGHLY recommend Leak Doctors. For the price the charge it totally matches the service they give.

On several occasions in the past 20+ years we have had to call the Leak Doctor for different issues in the homes we have owned in the Orlando area. Once it was for a pool leak. Another time was for pipe fractures in the dry wall. In all, we have probably used them about 5 - 6 times over the last two decades. In all cases, the Leak Doctor professionals were friendly, very reasonable as to cost, speedy and always left a very clean job site. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Leak doctor! Well I called on a Saturday morning and spoke to someone that took my name and telephone number and was advised somebody would call me back that day regarding a flood in my home. Nobody called in 6 hours so I called back. I advised that I had called early that morning and that nobody called. They took my name and number again a assured me that someong would call me asap.

Two days later no call. So I called the office again and explained that in four days nobody called at all. The girl asked if I would like a call back and I said I would never use them, ever. So the bottom line is that yea they have a great show on radio promoting themselves but they do not live up to their claims. Very cavileer and an I dont care attitude. If I could have given them a lower score I would have. Needless to say, I got a plumber out that day that was actually eager to do their job!

Dateline: December 29th, 2011.my living room. While on Xmas break, enjoying the finest in daytime television--my relaxing morning turned to chaos in the blink of an eye. "OH SH*T!" I heard my wife yell, while pointing toward our bedroom. (Sidenote: you know that camera trick in the movies where, should an actor see something horrible/scary and the shot zooms in on their face while simultaneously zooming out on the background? That's exactly what happened for me) About 2 inches of water was already resting on the dining room and bedroom floor as it continued to spill out of the master bath.

I didn't know what to do, so I called The Leak Doctor (in-laws recommended them). Fortunately they were able to come out almost immediately. I was told that the flat fee for them to visit is 295 bucks. After Quinton (amazing technician) managed to diagnose and fix the problem he wrote up our bill. He was working at my house for a good 3 hours so I was worried the labor fees added on would be tremendous--upon receipt of the bill I saw that he didn't tack on any surcharges to the flat rate.

I was pleasantly stunned. He also mentioned that since we had laminate flooring, The Leak Doctor had a division that specialized in removing ruined floor boards and drying out the affected areas. Miguel was called and came out that same night shortly after Quinton left. Although it was a nightmare scenario.a true home disaster, the pros over there managed to make everything a-OK in less than 24 hours.

Obviously insurance claims need to be made to get us back to where we were before the water damage.but The Leak Doctor managed to take care of all our needs on the front end in a fast and courteous manner. Very pleased!

Called the Leak Doctor after much hesitation. Asked for their rate and hesitated again. After having to fill our pool every other day for almost the last year, my husband and I decided it was worth it. Their service tech came out the next day while I was at work. He called me and explained the problem. I was very relieved to finally know that the leak wasn't anything drastic!

The return pipe by the pool pump was leaking. He told me he checked everything else out around the pool and it was all fine. Haven't had to fill the pool for over a week now! Thank you Leak Doctor. Well worth it!
