Place is a rip off, bought BQ Siemens single pole 30 amp breakers for 12 dollars at Queens electrical supply. Went to this place the same day and they tried charging me 39 dollars. Ask for their price on the BQ breaker. Got 2 stars for parking and one for "at least they had it".

Bad experience, bad customer service, cannot get the order right, four times different excuse to charge me more money, finally filed a dispute with credit card company and canceled the order.

Price is ok.you need to check wery good The material, i got a brokend disconnect And is hard to return.in one occasion i got Disconnect switch without fuses but i have Pay for it. Very hard to find parking and you have to wait for material to long

Be careful with "special orders" My contractor recommended me this place when my home project started. Bought lots of stuff from here. Both good and bad experience. Pros: relative good price for "generic" stuff. Free shipping if over a certain amount (I think it's $500 but please double check). Staff are generally friendly and willing to help. Cons: no returns or exchanges whatsoever for "special orders" (stuff they don't generally carry in stock and will have to put in special orders for).

It was my fault that I didn't expect toilet paper holders could have extra large size. But what if it was a quality issue? Please think twice when you don't find a particular item in stock and want them to do special order for you. Now I'm even thinking what if the other non-specially-ordered stuff is broken because of defects etc. It would be past their 30 day exchanges or returns period for sure. I would avoid this type of wholesale places in the future unless it's for some usually- never-broken stuff.

Nice staffs, fast delivery service, and fair quality. You may find it a little awkward at first but once you get used to "not staying in line", everything will be fine. I recommend calling them for the stock before visiting.

I bought over $1400 of material last saturday. I came today to replace electrical panel 16 switches to smaller one with 12 switches. The box was open and it has little bit minor dust on a front but no damage cause the box was just open nothing else. I had to wait 30 minutes and than guy told me to clean dust and comeback. You can clean dust with one peace of paper in a second. Do you when you sell your material (construction) guarantee to provide without any dust? I never saw this in my life before. I dont understand how you are still in business.
