Our furnace broke down and we were quoted almost 13k to have the furnace itself replaced. Don't know how they came up with that figure but we did not choose Jack Hall for the repair.

Jason and Xavier showed up on day 1 on time and ready to go. No shortcuts with these gentlemen or their company. Everything was done exactly as they said it would be with no hidden expenses. The sump pump quit on us just prior to much rain. As the water table rose, so did the water in our basement. But sure enough, it was Jack Hall plumbing to the rescue.

In two days they took care of everything including our worry. The most frustrating thing of the whole process was our yappy little dogs, but they handled that nicely as well. I've used many plumbing services over the years but now will only use one. Thank you Jason, Xavier and Jack Hall plumbing.

When I moved into my new house I had a whole list of projects that needed to get done and Jack Hall has really been great to work with. They zoned my HVAC, installed a water heater, and a team even voluntarily worked overtime on their weekend to replace our furnace, which went out in the middle of winter. It's apparent this is a company that takes a lot of pride in their work. I'm impressed by their knowledge and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Our furnace wasn't keeping up to temperature. We called Saturday afternoon and the tech called back and asked many questions and for photos to avoid us needing an emergency visit. It couldn't be diagnosed, he arrived promptly and assessed the furnace. Before replacing a part he looked at "one other thing" and that was the problem. He stayed the full hour to be sure our boiler heated up properly and that we would have heat. Dane was great and I would recommend Jack Hall Plumbing and Heating to anyone!

We noticed our heating had stopped working on a Sunday night. In the morning we called Jack Hall to see what could be done. The desk person listened and said she would call back in a few minutes when she could re-schedule that day. Had help before 11:30 am. Good news as we are in snow country where the temps were running below zero ( down to -21). Jason arrived, reviewed the situation and started to work.

We had a re-fill pump needed but we still had a problem. After testing, Jason determined we had one frozen zone. He then located it and gave me detailed instructions how to work with it before he left. He made sure the other 5 zones were working and heating. Following his instruction we were able to break the frozen zone in 1 1/2 days and luckily enough No leaks. Jason called twice over this time to review the instruction/questions with me and following up the 2nd day to see how we were doing. This is the third time neither Jason or Jack Hall quits or forgets you. They are in it with you to the solution. Can't give enough THANKS to the whole team!

As a former employee, Without a doubt the absolute best job i could have ever worked for. The staff is on time, The work is over the top and always quality. Everyone jokes with eachother and maintains a level of professionalism. Scott is overqualified for his job and Danielle is the absolute best receptionist they could of hired. If you have a problem with the heating or plumbing in your house these are the right guys for the job, If i ever have a problem with my house these guys are the first people im calling.

Life savers. Great customer service. Plumbers and heat servicemen know what they are doing and get work done. Nice people.

To begin with customer service is fantastic, both times I called they were very polite and patient with me. Xavier the technician they sent to do my inspection and maintenance was very polite and respectful, being a first time homeowner I was curious about my furnace, and air conditioner, and I also had some questions about the difference in heat distribution between my upstairs and downstairs. Xavier was patient and explained everything to me, he also put me in contact with Scott at the office who gave me some advice on another issue I was having in one of my bathrooms, all in all it was a great experience and I will continue to do business with Jack Hall plumbing and heating, I just had to sign up for there member program it's a great value and I know that there a business I can trust.

Critical: Value Had the come to see why my ac unit was working my stupid self didn't check the furnace breaker and it was tripped they reset it (here 5 minutes) charged me $191 RIP OFF! Service: Ductless heating and AC services

I am extremely pleased with this company! I woke up to my water heater leaking. I called the company and they were able to squeeze me in today to come look at it. It needed to be replaced and they were able to replace the tank immediately! A big Thanks to the technician Jason for all you did! Service: Boiler installation

Earlier this morning (around 0200 hrs) our furnace stopped working. We weren't sure what the problem was. We checked to make sure that we had propane, the door was latched correctly and the door switch was engaged. Anytime we've had a problem we've always called Jack Hall for our furnace needs. They have a 24 hour service line. We were told that there was going to be an additional charge because of the hour that we were in but it didn't matter because we needed the furnace running as it was cold last night.

The service technician called us back within 5 minutes of us calling the main switchboard and told us we should expect him very soon. When he got to our house he diagnosed the problem and we were fortunate that he had that part on his vehicle. He had our furnace up and running within 15 minutes after going out and getting our part. He was extremely courteous, followed CDC guidelines and was very professional.

If you ever have an issue on the overnight with your furnace, call Jack Hall Plumbing and Heating. They will take care of you. If I could have left 10 Stars I would have. Thank you Jack Hall you guys saved the Day!

In October we hired them after being at our wits end with the temperature difference between the lower level of our home and the upstairs (which was an attic at some point I believe) it's always 15-20 degrees different. We were told by other companies we had come we needed 2 zones. Jack Hall insisted we did not. Well fast forward to April. The two 70 degree days we had of course it was sweltering upstairs and comfortable downstairs.

So we paid 20k to still have the same exact issue. They told us we could close the vents?! Spending that much money and have to run around opening and closing vents?! Im just sick. Still in the same predicament after spending a small fortune to finally fix it for good. Jokes on us huh? Please do yourself a favor and stay away. Go with a smaller company, family owned as they usually really care. These people could care less. We went into this stating the problem and we still have it.

Three 3 gentlemen that came were very friendly and professional. Explained the job before doing it and completely cleaned up after themselves. I certainly would recommend them to my family and friends. Service: Installation

I woke up this morning to 50 degree weather inside my home, I realized the furnace was not turning on. I called Jack Hall and explained to them my situation. Over the phone I was walked through step by step how to fix my problem. I had no knowledge on a furnace prior to this phone call. Not only did they help me fix the problem, they familiarized me with my furnace.
