So happy with Ed's Plumbing. We had a major sewer issue, cracked tile and roots. John explained everything in great detail and we felt comfortable with him and his ability. Our town is very strict with plumbing and sewer and this is the first time they have ever came out and approved the work immediately, even saying what a nice job they did. It makes a difference hiring a licensed, bonded and insured company. Will only use Ed's Plumbing from now on.

$688.37 to replace the sink and water filter faucets and soap dispenser. They did something (installed a piece of wood underneath) that made the water filter leak underneath the sink, telling me that they couldn't fix it and for us to go find the tube, replace it ourselves and fix it. Called and owner told me that we created the issue after trying to change the tube. What?
No responsibility or just saying, we are professional plumber and we fix issues, not crate them and walk away. The leak is so bad that we have to turn off the sink water and hire a new plumber to come fix it. So frustrating. Unbelievable!

They came over to replace the toilet flush valve and to repair leaking shower valves. This is as simple as it gets as far as plumbing goes. They used no parts and were there less than 2 hours. They charged $724.15. RIDICULOUS! My mother in law got these guys out of a church bulliten, thinking they must be honest.
