Doughty and Sons, Inc. are certified installers of the Unico Comfort System, high velocity, mini duct air conditioning system. The Unico Comfort System is perfect for older homes with hydronic (forced hot water) or steam heating systems, new additions, remodeling or new home construction. In existing houses the Unico Comfort System can be installed without the major remodeling required for traditional air conditioning systems. The Unico Comfort System removes approximately 30% more humidity than traditional systems.
