My neighbor recommended Hicks Plumbing Services to me and I'm glad of that. We have been using Hicks for few years. For the most recent one, Christina was prompt on scheduling. We had the drain in the kitchen sink clogged, so read the great reviews Hicks got here so called them. For my surprise, they dispatched Kevin right away, so he was home 1 hour after i called! And let me tell you about Kevin: he's THE best, professionally and personally. This young guy knows what he's doing, and after warning me that using the snake was going to cost me a lot, i gave him the ok, and he did a very careful job, not rushing it. And fixed the problem. He's such a nice guy. I'd definitely call Hicks again for any plumbing issue and ask for Kevin!

Hick's Plumbing is excellent and I highly recommend them. They were very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. My plumbing issue was extensive and they worked diligently to fix it, even staying late until complete so my family could have hot water over Christmas. I had my main water pipe break over the weekend. Hicks Plumbing responded within a half hour of my request for service. They helped me secure the main water valve and research what needed to be done to repair the break. They showed up the next morning and began work right away. There were able to replace the entire main pipe from the cut off valve all the way to my basement and into my home quickly and with minimal additional damage to my home.

There fast response definitely minimized my basement damage. There were able to pull the permit from the county, get it repaired, and inspected all within 24 hours, especially over a weekend. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing services in my home. Tony and his team was very personal, easy to speak with, professional, and explained the entire process to ensure I was comfortable with what work needed to be completed.

I've been working with Hicks Plumbing for the past couple of years and have been very pleased with their service, particularly Tony and Christina! The Hicks did a great job locating and repairing the leak(s) in the line from my house to the water meter at the curb. They initially gave me both a best- and worst-case estimates. The actual work turned out be somewhere in-between and the final bill reflected that. (TBH, even the worst-case was much cheaper than another estimate I received.) I am very happy with their work and would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had a clogged pipe in our kitchen sink and Hicks was very response and send a team within a day. The team was great and fixed the issue. We paid $600 and understood that there was a 10-day guarantee for their work. On day 14, we discovered a leak underneath the sink (whereas there wasn't one before) in the exact same spot the repaired. My husband and I called 3 times, left a voicemail, and emailed them, but absolutely no response. A professional company should have the courtesy to respond, but it turns out once they have your money, they don't care about your business.
