Awesome service and staff from start to finish. Everyone from the reception staff and service crew were very helpful. Toniann, who was very friendly on the phone, was able to get a crew to provide service on the same day. Then there was the service guys, Josh and Grey. They did excellent work and answered all our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend John's Plumbing to family and friends. John's was the best price out of 4 bids, Danny came out and did a awesome install on my tankless water heater, Danny answered all of my questions, very professional.

Great service and very thorough work. Helped us with tips on how to unclog our septic system and what to watch for in the future. I called the phone number given and left a message. Andy soon after called me back, , said he was busy at the time and said he would call me after he was finished at his current job. Within an hour he called me backand asked what the problem was. My septic alarm was going off and it was getting full and the pump didn't turn on. He gave me an estimate and said he'd be on his way.
When he got here, he told me some issues that it could be and started working. He walked me through what he was doing and got to where my pump kicked on and down went the water. He was VERY professional and polite. The pump is working and all is well. The price was great! Will definitely be keeping him on speed dial and get the word out about the company!

I needed a new water heater and a friend recommended John'sPlumbing. They were responsive, nice and very professional. Spenser did a terrific job, answered all my questions and even crawled under my house to confirm there was no damage from the leaking water heater. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs and I will be handing out their cards to any of my friends who may be looking for any plumbing services. They also do septic system work!

The guys at John's Plumbing and Pumps are great! They came out on a Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning, we had water again. They re-engineered our whole pump system and installed the correct pump. Later, I was told that the next day was on the techs wedding day. Way to go above and beyond the call of duty!

Had a great experience from the first phone call to schedule to our service call. Spencer was most professional, honest and very explanatory. He was on time and actually even called to make sure I was up and ready for his visit as we were his first call that morning. He gave us a quote before beginning work and upon approval he had the job done in less than an hour and left his work area spotless. I recommend them to everyone and they will be our go to in the future.
