Turned what could have been a miserable day into a sunny, DRY day! Came out to fix a very leaky valve above a hot water tank, on very short notice, two hours. (It was discovered by our dog warning us early in the morning that our garage smoke detector had a low battery beep. The detector was being sprayed with hot water!) Tom and Steve Pratt were professional, time efficient, and fair, as well as friendly. Best plumber experience we have had. Thanks Tom and Steve! Rick and Diana S., Olympia, WA

Pratt's Plumbing is a small, family owned business. The Owner's son Steve came to install a kitchen faucet that we purchased from Lowe's. Steve did an outstanding job and checked everything under the sink for leaks. It turned out there was a small leak from the connection to the dishwasher that wasn't part of the faucet that Steve later came back to repair. It's now leak free thanks to Steve. I highly recommend Pratt's Plumbing and it's a pleasure to support small businesses in our community.

Pratt's Plumbing is awesome. Stephen came out to help us with our toilet on his day off so that it would be fully functional for my daughters birthday later that day. I am so grateful. This is why I choose family-run businesses whenever possible: they value family. Thank you, Pratts! You're the best!

Stephen did a fantastic job installing my new Water Heater and went above and beyond by installing a little extra drainage pipe from the pressure release valve so it would be within code. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on taking care of the Water Heater so it will last longer It is a good feeling having piece of mind when new equipment is installed around the house and thanks to Stephen and Pratt's Plumbing I have piece of mind.
