I moved into my new apartment a couple of weeks ago, my shower was not draining, I tried to fix the problem myself, but realized that I needed the professionals to do it. They sent Chris Hall. He was wonderful! very professional and personable and went out of his way to make sure that my tub got fixed, that day. This was not an easy job as I live in an old building with old pluming. Thank you for the excellent service.

This review is long overdue. First thing 's first. I am SO happy I found this crew. I had a small gas leak in my kitchen during the holidays 2019. PG&E was about to shut off my gas on Christmas Day. As you can imagine how hard it may have been to find someone to come out, let alone respond. I appreciate how quickly Jeff responded. Chris came out, assessed the situation, confirmed what needed to be done, was provided a fair quote and the work was done effectively and efficiently.

The entire process was so smooth and painless. I also appreciate that this company consists of locals -- where the vibe just felt genuine and the work was done with integrity. Everlast plumbing will be the first ones I call anytime there's a plumbing problem I run into. Highly recommend!

A great team! Jeff responded quickly to my service request and Eric came up to assess the situation. We discussed options, and then Eric returned shortly thereafter with Tony to fix the problem. Even handled a water heater warranty replacement to save me a few $$$.

Jeff and his crew can do nothing wrong. He has done a gamut of jobs from installing bath tubs, new toilets, new plumbing for commercial washer/dryer, broken toilet flange replacement, clogged sinks and bathtubs, water heater, external bib to the outside of the building so that I don't have to run a 100 foor hose, etc. etc. You won't be disappointed esp. with his fair prices. Eric did a fantastic job. My family is hopeless on things like what kind of dishwasher to buy, etc. Eric measured everything and figured out exactly what we needed and made recommendations. When installation day came, he showed up on time and installed a dishwasher and faucet, and garbage disposal. Amazing. We are really happy with how everything works and looks.

And Eric hauled off all the old stuff so we didn't have to make a trip to the dump. We will definitely go back to Everlast when the rest of our ancient plumbing goes! Everlast was recommended to us by the real estate agent who sold a house for us - nobody knows more about who does good work of this kind than a real estate agent, so we called Everlast right away and I'm very glad we did.

5 stars all the way. They assessed my problematic water heater and gave me a clear picture of repair vs. new. I went with new.the price was very fair and their service was excellent. Really good people.responsive, helpful and they care about what they're doing. I'd recommend them anytime.

Great experience with Everlast. My water heater broke and I needed an immediate replacement; I sent out a bunch of requests for quotes via Yelp. Jeff responded quickly with a ton of information to suggest how much it would cost based on a number of variables, which I found super helpful. Everyone else just either threw out a number or said they had to come visit to provide a quote. Jeff helped me think through options, had a very competitive price, and sent his team quickly. As a Realtor, I am often in need of a plumber for the properties that I am listing for sale. We have used Everlast Plumbing many times, and they always deliver. Sewer lateral inspections, sewer lateral replacements, leak identification and repair, toilet fixes, they do it all. I find them to be very honest, ethical, affordable, and reliable. Highly recommend!

Out of the 7+ plumbing companies I contacted only Everlast got back to me in a timely manner with real answers to my problems. I managed to schedule a non emergency appointment within a few days. Jeffrey gave me a straightforward and fair quote. Chris came and performed two jobs in under 30 mins, while being super friendly and explanatory about what was going on in my bathroom.

I found out about Everlast Plumbing from a friend. Jeff and Chris are awesome. They are super knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. And they're straight up about trade-offs when it comes to making a major repair or plumbing upgrade. I've used them multiple times and been impressed every time with their service. Jeff was great. He accurately assessed the issue with the low water pressure in my shower and searched diligently to find the best price for the replacement part (saving me over $100 on the part alone). He was quick to complete the repair and highly professional. Don't hesitate to call him!

Great prices, great people. Chris was hella cool. No complaints at all. Snaked my kitchen sink, had to do it 3 or 4 times, cleared the lines, mission accomplished. (It wasn't as easy as it sounds. Dude had to wrestle that snake through the lines, and had to switch from long snake to a longer one.) Also checked out our toilet issue. Highly Recommend!

Found Everlast here on Yelp since I wanted to look for a nearby plumber to get an estimate on replacing our 12 year old water heater tank with a tankless. Jeff was professional from the beginning so I decided to go for it before it became an emergency job. He was proactive in making sure he had all the parts and when it came time to do the install, his team was very professional and good at their job. I'm glad I found Everlast and would highly recommend them.

Garbage disposal broke and I called Jeff. He picked up my first call which was already late in the afternoon. He arranged for a guy (Chris) to come by the next day to fix my disposal. Chris called 30 mins before arriving and showed up timely. Friendly and honest guy. A short chat later, Chris got started on the disposal removal. Half way done, he me I had rust on the P trap and showed me the damage - but he left the option to repair to me, which I appreciated. Overall, this was a fairly simple job and Chris was in and out within 20-30 mins. I will definitely call upon Keff and Chris for larger jobs in the future. Good folks, give them a shot, I don't think you would be disappointed.

After discovering that our water heater had to be repaired, I searched on Yelp and Everlast was one of the 1st results to pop up with an average of 5 stars ratings from everyone who left a review. I was able to speak with Jeffrey within minutes. Jeff went above and beyond to reach out to the manufacturer of the WH and after speaking with more than 5 different reps, he was able to find out that the WH we had was on a recall for similar issues and needed to either be repaired OR replaced. Jeff did the leg work to get the reference # required for the WH exchange.

We agreed his company would take care of draining, removing, exchanging it at the local Lowe's, and installing the new one. He was great about explaining exactly what needed to happen and provided clear and transparent options to choose from. Since my WH was covered under the recall, I only had to pay for labor costs. IMHO, I couldn't really put a price on convenience so it was an easy decision.

I really appreciated Jeff's diligence in helping with the replacement of my WH. We were 2 days w/out hot water which made us appreciate even more what we didn't have. 2 days later, Jeff's workers came out and were very professional, honest, and even helped me with another plumbing related problem. The other primary factor in my decision to go with Everlast is, they were local to my neighborhood. Jeff and his crew did an awesome job replacing my sewer lateral line underneath my driveway to the city main line underneath the sidewalk (which was also broken at y-joint and Jeff replaced it with high quality work and parts at a very fair price and in same time frame as original job, all jobs approved by city inspector). We purchased a new home in SF inner parkside and had another company run a video through the house to check for leaks, broken pipes, etc.

There were 3 cracks in the old Terra cotta pipes under the driveway, which had also caused the ground to sink and made cracks in the concrete driveway. This first firm hired by my realtor wanted almost $11k for the job. My realtor then recommended Jeff for a second quote and his price was much more fair, almost half of the original quote. He was easy to work with, on time, and easy to get in touch with via text email or phone.

He even made sure everything was completed correctly when finishing the concrete driveway as we had to leave for vacation before the work was completed. I would definitely work with Everlast plumbing on future home rennovation projects. They did great work, were helpful and easy to communicate with, and kept a clean/safe worksite.
