Very quick service to fix my toilet. Great customer service.

Honest company. Have called them several times for different properties. Their prices are fair and they do a great job and fix it right.

Aaron was very kind and helpful. They clearly know their stuff. They came out and didn't charge me for it, even though that is unheard of nowadays. He even talked me through fixing the fixture on my own over the phone after he left.

We made an appointment for them to come by and assess our current hot water situation because we wanted to get a replacement. They came by promptly and assured us they would send a quote of different options along with the approximate labor costs. We never received a quote, despite calling twice over the next two weeks about it, during which we were assured that we would get a quote via email or they would call us back. It has now been almost a month and still nothing.

It was easy to make a fast appointment for the following day. The owner on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The technician quickly assessed the problem and fixed it in short order. I usually do my own home maintenance, this problem was beyond my capabilities. Needed to replace my leaking shower valve. While replacing look simple on the internet, it was much more complex than what I was comfortable. Call Drain Away, they were able to schedule an appointment within a week. The technician arrive on time with the right part (per a my photo) and then fixed things within 45-60 minutes. I watched the replacement which was complex and I am glad for his expertise. While cost was more than if I tried to do it myself, I feel it was very worthwhile.

These guys were awesome I had a bad drain in bathroom and these guys came out look at what I to do and said they could do it they gave me what I would call a more then fair estimate. They got my drain working the best I've ever seen. I would recommend these guys to friends.

Fast, professional service! I was selling my home and plumbing problems came up on my inspection knowing my 3 day deadline they were out to repair my plumbing next day! Very pleased with the work done by Drain Away. Replacing old galvanized pipes with new Pek tubing was done on schedule and the new plumbing is a great improvement in our house. Workers were polite and answered questions regarding the work. The cost was reasonable and the work completed on time. We highly recommend Drain Away.
