No hype about how good Justin is--he truly answered my call within two hours, was out the next day and installed my new water heater (which was still working but 34 years old) the day after that! Professional, friendly, good pricing and he went beyond any reasonable expectation in the quality of his work and customer service. Very safety conscious, he made sure I knew how to operate it for any future possible water or gas issues. Absolutely my "go to" plumber from now on!

Justin was extremely professional, practiced Covid protocols, arrived on time and installed our instant on hot water heater in one day. He tightened two bathroom faucets as an extra gesture of goodwill and returned to the following week to increase the temperature for us since we have no young children in our home. Totally recommend him for any plumbing.

We had just gotten home from a long weekend away when the shower started to back up with sewage. I knew it was a clogged main line and it was not something we could fix ourselves. We were unable to use the toilets, showers etc. and I was starting to panic. Problem was it was way after business hours. I have called Justin twice in the last few months for different problems. The first was pretty simple but he was on time, friendly, informative, and reasonably priced. On Sunday I developed a major problem, no toilets worked, dishwasher backing up into the shower and more. I called him Monday morning, he knew exactly what the problem was, cleared his schedule because my home was unusable, and explained that the main line was clogged.

He worked so hard to try to do a one time fix, but ultimately had to put in a new larger drain. For all he did the price was reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. I will always call him when needed (hopefully not too often!).

I had had another plumber out to try and remove a serious clog which he was not able to clear. He then mentioned how I most likely would need to replace the old plumbing which would cost thousands of dollars. He took my $150 without resolving the problem and left me more stressed out in thinking this was going to be a costly fix. I decided I should get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. Justin came over within the hour and was able to unclog in less than 20 mins! Beyond doing his job well, he was courteous and professional. Don't waste your time or money with anyone else and just call Justin.

I have been using Justin's services for about ten years, since he coached my daughter's soccer team. In addition to being a great guy, he is an excellent plumber who is always available, day and night, holiday, weekends, and on very short notice to quickly diagnose and solve a problem. Once, on Father's Day, I called him about an hour before my barbecue guests were set to arrive as the gas feed to my new barbecue had been set up improperly. Justin quickly figured out the issue and corrected it in time for me to be cooking when my guests arrived.

On several other occasions, with very little notice Justin has come over and fixed clogged pipes, low water flow and other issues. He is truly someone I can count on to help, and always with a big smile on his face. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

Once again it was Justin at Liberty Plumbing to the rescue. This is the third time (in less than a year) he's helped out. This time it wasn't an emergency--like the hot water heater that had to be replaced, . All the same, he showed up at the agreed upon time, worked amazingly fast to remove an obsolete water softener system, and charged, as always, a very reasonable rate. I really can't say enough good things about Liberty Plumbing. I won't call any other plumber, and I recommend him to everyone in Santa Rosa.
