Normal Business hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm Fridays 8am to 4pm After hours (Evenings, Weekends and Holidays for Emergencies). This is the worst company ever. They installed a water heater that went out in less than 2 months. I went through my home warranty and when I called the plumbing company they said they would send someone out and never showed up. My warranty company called them and they told them I should go through the manufacture! Now I stuck once again with no hot water! Please don't use this plumbing company!

Greg was on time and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after himself and left things like he found them. Price was more than reasonable. You could not ask for better service. Called on Friday & made an appointment for Monday morning. I had a water leak inside the rear wall by the Kitchen sink. I had the sheetrock and insulation off the wall exposing the leak. They are easy to work with, not the cheapest but if you want quality work at fair prices then I recommend Brutinel. My water softener blew up and sent debris salt throughout my entire home they basically had to repipe half my home and provide all new plumbing fixtures. No small, easy or cheap task but they got us through it thank you kindly.

I called. The repairs were done quickly. Everything worked. No complaints here. I called because my microwave was not coming on. The tech found that there was a short in the house line. He replaced the outlet, and the microwave came back to life. He charged me a very reasonable price. Very happy with the outcome!

We have used Brutinel for over 40 years & have always been very happy with them. We recently had a toilet that needed replacing. It happened after 3 in the afternoon. They were able to get someone out to my house (we live out of town) that day & brought the new toilet the next morning & Greg installed it. Service was excellent & Greg was really efficient and pleasant. We definitely appreciated the quick response and action.

Hired this company and very pleased. I scheduled an appointment for a sink, disposal and faucet install. This was a labor only call. I received a call to verify they would be as promised. I got another call with ETA. Chris arrived right on time. A very personable young man. He completed the job in a timely manner. Left no mess under the sink and even swept the floor. We will definitely call Brutinel the next time for all our plumbing needs.

Brutinel did a great job replacing our gas water heater. I called at 2:00 and it was replaced by 4:00. Great service and reasonable prices. I asked them about another plumbing project and they told me how to repair it temporarily and to call them when it needs to be fully replaced, which it will in the near future. I will gladly use Brutinel in the future!

I made an appt to have a new bathroom faucet installed and they never showed up or bothered to call to reschedule! They appear to have a communication problem btwn their dispatch, technicians, & customers. I am not going to call back and reschedule. I am going with the other company (PT Plumbing) with 5 stars on yelp.

Make sure you get a quote and compare. We are commerical and paid $880 to replace a 2 copper tee. At this rate I could of replaced the whole water heater. Never would of thought this would cost so much. It was not an emergency, it was a tiny drip coming from the ceiling that was contained. LESSON LEARNED!

Called for onsite service inspection. The guys were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The rates were fair and competitive. I would give them 5 stars, but it did take me three calls before they came out. The first two times they promised a call back, and I didn't get one. I'm understanding and assume they were busy. I will call them again if I need them.
