Work was rushed. Usual quality checks post completion didn't seem to be completed. Air wasn't removed from plumbing lines after work was completed, which means no QA to make sure things were working as expected. Running toilets are still running, even worse, after replacing flapper, etc. Response back was that I needed to replace toilets to solve it. Another plumbing company doesn't agree. The tech was professional and nice though.

Had to call twice to get service scheduled which wasn't a huge deal because it wasn't an emergency but we did wait a long time for the technician to show up. Window was 1:30 - 3:30 and they didn't arrive until after 4:30 after we called again to see where they were. Our problem was fixed fairly quickly and the parts were readily available on their stocked truck. This was our first time using this company.

Had a clogged vent pipe. Technicians went up to the roof and augered or the vent stack. And cleared out 70 years of debris and gunk that was clogging the pipe. Technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. They charged for an additional 1/2 hot of time. Want a cheap repair. But didn't think it would be. Hopefully it will not need to be done again in my lifetime. Lol.

He arrived to our home right when he said he would and fixed our problem promptly, and even informed us of steps we could take to possibly prevent the problem from happening again moving forward. Ronnie came out the same day as the call to install a washing machine. A plumbers expertise was necessary given rusted pipes. He did a careful job of disconnecting the old, wiping down the pan and surrounding space and installing the new machine. We are very grateful to Ronnie and Kaliah in the office whon did everything possible to make the great same day service happen!
