Called to work on ice maker, charged 120 for first visit to come look at machine. Ordered new harvest kit. They came and put on, we settled on payment about 500 dollars. The ice maker worked for about 8 hrs and new part failed. Paid another visit 100 per hr to come look at, they order another harvest kit. Showed up put on and worked for another 400 dollars.

Service guy was great, but they company charges was outrageous. Call to talk to district manager, still waiting for call. I feel I should not be paying for them to come fix the part they put on and sold me.

Outstanding company. I have used them since they were known as Air Masters. They replaced my HVAC system. Bilal A. (residential sales) proposed two options, both of which were good values. Bilal responded quickly to my call regarding my furnace flue and a leak I was experiencing. Mark A. came out and thoroughly inspected and determined the issue. I thought I was going to have to replace my furnace flue; however, Mark sealed it, painted it and it's good as new for a fraction of a new flue. Quick response, professional and polite service! This is why I have been doing business with IFS for over 30 years!

Mark from IFS has been doing my AC/Heater checkups for the past 5 years. He is incredibly professional and courteous. Back in May, he noticed that my water pressure was not where it should be. He recommended a Ariel, an IFS plumber. Ariel came out to fix our issue. She was great to work with and she answered all my questions. These two are the reason why I am thankful that I use IFS.

IFS is a 5 star in my books. I had a major heating and cooling unit in my condo that needed to be replace and this is the company to use. They were so professional from start to finish. They listen to all my concerns and resolve them as quick as they could. So if you are in need of a furnace/cooling unit IFS is the company to use!

We recently moved into the St Louis area. Upon closing on our new home we found one of the central air conditioning units was inoperable. IFS came out the same day. We were fearing the worst but the IFS technician quickly found the problem. Parts needed to be ordered but IFS got the unit to run temporarily and returned the next afternoon to install and check out the entire system. The cost was fair and very reasonable! IFS is first rate. I highly recommend them! Professional, skilled and prompt. The price was lower than I thought. FIVE STAR!

I had a service contract with them which basically covers nothing. I plastic drainage hose clogged and then charged me $100. When I called to ask why they were extremely rude. R Miller

We have been a long standing customer of IFS, back when they were known as Air Masters. Our AC unit died over the Labor Day weekend (It was 15 years old). I called Tuesday morning and spoke with Ken Watts. He was able to get his crew out to our house on Thursday morning (right at 7:30am) and we were back up and running by noon. The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after the install. They even worked during the rain we had, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend IFS for your yearly servicing as well as any new/repairs to existing equipment.
