Our old cast iron and lead drain pipes had deteriorated to the point where they about to collapse. John quickly assessed the problem and gave us an estimate and a timeline for fixing it. It was a complicated problem that involved tearing out and replacing a multiple array of pipes. He and his colleague managed to complete the job and under the estimate. I would say that your employees are more artists than plumbers. I have used Quality Plumbing several times over the last 30 years and have always been more than satisfied

Andy Patton was professional, ,, insightful, and communicated well! We will have Quality Plumbing back to assist in bathroom plumbing in prep for our bathroom remodeling. We had standing water all over the place and so we called quality plumbing within an hour to an hour and a half someone was dispatched they arrived in a timely manner and restored confidence. Quality Plumbing was amazing to work with! We had an emergency on a Saturday morning and the receptionist was so helpful and pleasant to talk to. I called and was able to get a technician out that afternoon. I received a text that gave us a picture and name of our technician Josh. About 30 minutes before he arrived we got a text saying he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time. He was very efficient and professional and we will definitely use Quality Plumbing again! We always use Quality Plumbing. We had a snapped valve and needed it replaced before our new fridge was delivered. They were able to get to us quickly and Jacob Brown did an awesome job! He was quick and efficient and super sweet to my kids and dog!

I can't say enough about this company! Dan answered my call in the middle of the night during a unprecedented temp drop -14 when my new homes pipes froze. They did an excellent job in trying to help me until one of there plumbers could get out and fix the problem. You can tell they really care about there customers. A HUGE Thank you!

We were charged $110/hour for the plumber to drive to our location from his previous job. He was nice and friendly and did a good job, but we ended up being charged for 2.5 hours of labor at $110/hour (which was actually 45 minutes of working) to get a faucet changed out. There is also a $30 service fee on top of the hourly rate. A $125 faucet ended up costing us $430.00.

I requested quotes from 5 plumbing companies and they were all about the same. Quality Plumbing replaced my outdoor frostless faucet within 1 day of my request, on time and on budget. Dan, the owner, responded to my quote request within 10 minutes and the plumber, Ken, did an excellent job and has a great customer service attitude. It doesn't get any better than that!

I called this morning to get a quote. Within an hour I had my quote and general time frame for when service would be out. Dillon came out and went straight to work. He was very efficient and helpful, while also explaining to me what he was doing and how to better avoid issue in the future. The company was very responsive. The plumber was very helpful. I will definitely be using Quality again.

These guys were great. Out the same afternoon and charged me on third of what roto rooter did three weeks earlier for the same amount of time.

Called QP on a Saturday morning and left a message on the machine. Danny called back within an hour and I explained my problem. The hot water heater was toast.sprung a leak on the tank and I had to turn the hot water off the night before. We talked about options and I told him we were looking for quick service. I had already called a few other places and the others were at least a couple days out before they could come out and look at our problem. Danny offered to come over as soon as he finished the service call he was on.

He also suggested that if I wanted to go ahead and buy a heater while I was out shopping he would install it. Now we're talking. I brought home an AO Smith from the big box store and had just unloaded it on the driveway when he calls and says he is on his way. Two hours later the job was done. Danny did an excellent job and all the family will have a hot shower tonight. Excellent customer support and willingness to work with me to get the job done without trying to take advantage of my situation. Two thumbs up!

Schedule an appointment with quality plumbing for Friday once I got off hold for five minutes a gentleman said he would call me Friday and let me know before they came out never received a phone call I would not recommend this company to anybody

We moved into a "new to us" home and had the main line back up, which seems to be fairly common in houses that sit for sometime before someone lives in them. They came out the same day I called. The guy snaked the line several times and explained what he was doing. He also repaired a small leak in a pipe I found. The price was VERY reasonable for what he did and the time he put in. I will 100% use them in the future if something comes up. Highly recommended. They even mailed me a thank you letter! Now that is proper customer service!
