Our southern neighbors include Jefferson, Scio, Lebanon, Albany, Corvallis and even our friends down in Eugene and Springfield. Although we do some work in Portland, we like to focus on cities in the closer proximity to Salem such as Woodburn, Silverton, Wilsonville, Newberg, Dallas, and McMinnville.

I was impressed by this company until I got the bill. The service person was helpful but the first time he came out he was unable to fix the part and it had to be ordered. Then he can back and replaced the part once it came in. We were charged 1.25hr each time he came out. He was not here that long either time but because they charge starting when they leave the last job. Driving all the way across town take 25 min and I had to paid for that. Not impressed.

On the hottest day of the year I turned my A/C on, and wouldn't you know it, it was not working. I phoned CJ Hansen at 8:00 a.m. expecting to have to schedule a service appointment days away, but they had a service man (Jake) here by 9:15 a.m.! He had the problem fixed by 9:45. Now THAT is fantastic service! Jake and CJ Hansen have my deepest appreciation and highest recommendation!

Technician was very professional, and quick at determining the issue. Also, Dan was friendly explaining everything he was doing along with helpful tips for accessing online help sites. Also, Kelly that is the one who takes calls, delivers exceptional customer service over the telephone. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Hanson's for fixing the issue with my heater so quickly!

I would highly recommend this company and especially Jake and Ryan! I had another heating company "fix" an issue with the furnace, and let me say, I'm so thankful I had C J Hansen's company come out and reinspect it! They were completely honest and did a very thorough job. It could have been a very dangerous, and costly experience for my family, if Jake and Ryan didn't come out and reinspect this other company's work. Please don't waste your time and money on other HVAC companies!

What a great team of installers. Casey and Jake were friendly and a pleasure to be around. Casey knows his stuff and the install went smoothly. Asked if they could do a small additional gas line for a new gas stove, and that was completed smoothly. Northside Electric came out and did the electrical work for them. Dave from Northside did a great job. Thank you all for the great job.

CJ Hansen has provided exceptional onsite consultation, timely repairs and professional workmanship by their staff. In addition to making sure our 100 year old boiler is operating safely and efficiently the repairs to more than 35 radiators inside the fraternity house have residents living comfortably at Delta Chi Fraternity. As the founder and publisher of a national trade magazine, namely Concrete Decor Magazine (www.concretedecor.net) our interface with knowledgeable, timely, and professional contractors is an expectation. We are very happy with CJ Hansen company, who installed a radiant heat system in our new house just over a year ago. Everyone we've dealt with has been very professional and knowledgeable. They let us know up front that it would take a few adjustments to get the system fine tuned to our preferences, and they have always responded quickly to address issues as they came up.
They have all taken the time to answer my questions and explain what they're doing as they're working on the system (especially Jake, who has been very patient in walking me through everything he's doing and explaining why). Highly recommend CJ Hansen for any plumbing or heating needs.

I was really impressed with the professionalism and quick responses I received from CJ Hansen. I've worked with several HVAC and mechanical contractors professionally and personally over twenty years in multiple states and they stand out among the whole lot of them. They provided estimated quickly, they completed the project at my store fast and within the estimate provided which entailed servicing 6 roof top air handling units and repairing 3 of them.
Then even went a step further to help ID and label which units were tied to which thermostats in this old building. The pricing was fair and reasonable for the scope of work completed and they will be my first call and recommendation in the future.

Everyone was very quick to help. Especially when they heard we had an infant in the home, and had no heat. Rob showed up and was quick to run through his checklist and identify the problem. He offered useful tips for keeping our furnace in excellent condition. He even offered to check out other parts of our heating system, that were not related to the trouble call. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat!
