Over the past year, we have used Metro for installation of a new sewer line, purchased 2 Hvac units and had a plumbing issue resolved. Today, Matt and Andrew came out for a free evaluation of our plumbing. Very professional and knowledgeable! Did a thorough evaluation and pointed out helpful information we needed on maintaining and trouble shooting the system in our house.

Metro Plumbing makes scheduling a service very easy, especially when it's a service for the properties we manage in Chattanooga. For our most recent request, Max Law was the technician on call and he was great! He gave me detailed information on the issue and what steps he took to fix it. We will definitely continue using their service.

We loved the fact that the technician checked out key points on our unit, and took pictures of EVERYTHING he checked and the outcome of each diagnostic test he ran. Jordan and mike were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in the plumbing work Completed at my house. It took only 1 and 1/2 days to take out all the old galvanized water pipes and replace with new waterlines throughout the house. After install of everything, Jordan made sure everything was functioning properly and cleaned ever work area he and Mike had been. Great job guys, keep it up for your next customer!

I'm very satisfied with the installation of a new water heater. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They removed my old water heater and installed a new one in a timely manner. and they made sure the new one was up and running before they were finished. I would definitely use Metro Plumbing again and recommend them for anyone else who could use their services.

Dakota did a great job! This was an unscheduled appointment, but Dakota arrived that same day. He took care of the problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. Metro's estimator (Tommy Hale) was prompt and quickly got us a quote and provided straightforward, honest advice about our options. When Rigoberto Guevara and his crew came out to do the work, it was quality (crimped PEX and pro-pressed copper) and they located and reused existing PVC sleeving under our driveway for the new water line, saving us money and hassle where we expected to have to dig up the driveway. I would highly recommend Metro if you need plumbing service in the greater Chattanooga area.

I hope I have the repair technician name correct. He responded to a service call for my 84 year old father, to check his washer drainage. He was VERY nice corresponding with me on the phone while there. He went beyond excellent service and what he was there for. He took it upon himself to wash two loads of laundry for my dad to make sure the issue was not a plumbing issue. The cost of the service call was very reasonable. It was a pleasurable experience.

They responded quickly, and the problem was found and repaired quickly. From the time I placed the service call until the repair was complete was less than 3 hours which I consider excellent when calling because of no hot water. They had installed this gas water heater less than a year ago, and honored the warranty for the repair. I'm a very happy customer.

Metro completed a complete reconstruction of our sewer line. From identification of the problem to completion of a major project they were extremely responsive and professional. I was desperately in need of someone to look at a leaking kitchen faucet. I called on Thursday and they were able to send someone Friday morning. Not only did they check everything about the leak (including having to go the width of the house in the crawl space) but was able to remove and replace the old faucet, including the caulking. I was so thankful they could get to it so quickly!

Appt was tentatively for 9:00, and believe me. I gave them ample time because it's not a "precise time" type of business, however it was almost 2:00pm before they showed up. The two techs that came in were very professional and friendly. The pricing was outrageous, for the actual pieces of pvc to do the repairs (at any hardware store) would total maybe $60.in all. The quote was almost $1,000 dollars. Overhead, pandemic, and hourly wages just could not justify that amount. I will do the job myself tomorrow.

EXTREMELY overpriced! Charges $89 just for a visit, and charged me $270 total to seal a faucet that took him 5 mins TOPS to fix. He wanted $920 to replace the faucet. Absolutely INSANE and borderline criminal! They are definitely taking advantage of people. So I kept the faucet which has no handle, and I went ahead and paid for the seal, because if I'm paying almost $100 for the visit might as well. I will not be a repeat customer and I will not recommend Metro to anyone. I cannot believe how much he charged.

The guys changed ALL the old cast iron drain piping over to PVC and also the vent pipe. They showed up when they were supposed to and were friendly and courteous with my family while I was at work. Our service technician Max was on time, incredibly personable and upfront with all maintenance and pricing. He replaced multiple parts on our toilet quickly and efficiently. We won't need a plumber anytime soon thanks to him, but if we do in the future, we will definitely be using Metro! Service: Toilet repair

Received a prompt call from an online inquiry, however they are not able to give an estimate for service (pricing books are kept with technicians). We have a rather simple faucet replacement, should be roughly quotable, could have provided pictures, but not something they do. They did offer to send out a technician for an estimate for a fee of $69.to estimate changing a faucet!

Crazy business model for this type of business. We just bought a new home and need all sorts of services including HVAC replacement and a couple of toilet replacements, these guys just lost out of all consideration for our business. Can't speak to their abilities, I'm sure they're fine but no one is worth a fee to just look at faucet for 2 minutes.

Metro Plumbing Heating & Air was great! Lindsey came and helped me out with what seemed like a minor plumbing issue at first, but turned out to be more complicated after the first few attempts to fix did not solve the problem. He stayed around for two hours after he was supposed to be home eating dinner with his family troubleshooting the issue until it was fixed. Great guy and great company!

As s Christian l don't like giving a negative review! So I'm just going to state the facts. This was our first time using Metro plumbing. Our problem was a loose toilet that could not be tightened down. My husband removed the toilet thinking we could solve the problem. Once the toilet was removed from the drain we realized the job was beyond our expertise. Chris came out and in less then 1 hour was able to fix the problem.

The shock was we were charged $371.00 after the $35 off coupon. When l made the appointment l explained we had bought some items that could be used in the repair and was told that yes they could be used. Chris went to his truck and brought in the very items we had and said he couldn't use ours even though they were new! He said he couldn't guarantee his work if he used ours. Also, we were charged $100.00 just to set the toilet back in its place. Again, l asked could we just set the toilet back since we took it off.

He again said his work could not be guaranteed if we set it back! I guess to make us feel better he said, "well it could have been $1,000.00 if l had to break concrete." Hopefully we won't need a plumber anytime soon but if so, it won't be Metro!

I have an older house and I have used Metro since purchasing it 3 years ago because of several issues, they have a great home care plan that includes maintenance of your heating and air unit twice a year and a plumbing evaluation once a year. They are quick to respond and do the repairs. They have guarantees and will come and reevaluate the area if for some reason it is not correct or still having issues, which is rare but with plumbing sometimes its hard to figure out. I highly recommend them.
