On 5/2/22 they installed new hardware and water lines on a tub shower. The techs did a good job: efficient and professional. The cost of the job was high, as is charged by most piping companies. The only factor that was weak was customer service. I called two days later to contact the techs who did the job to ask a question and the receptionist was curt and put me off saying that they couldn't be interrupted and would contact me when they got a chance. Three phone calls and 4 hours later I gave up trying to speak with them. Customer service needs to be improved!

Chris with Scenic City Plumbing is without a doubt the best plumber we have ever had! We had been told we needed to perform repairs that would have totaled several hundred dollars. He identified the true (less expensive) problem and made the repairs! The world needs more Chris'. Kudos to Scenic City Plumbing for snagging this nice, conscientious, hard-working, honest man! Had a great experience starting from the person who answered the call to the repair itself. They were able to get a tech out within an hour of me calling to get our shower handle fixed. Bo communicated to us what the issue was and the steps he would take to fix it so we knew exactly what was happening. I cannot thank the team enough for the wonderful service we received.

Due to a leak in my water line in an inaccessible area where it could not be repaired, Scenic City Plumbing installed a new water line in my front yard. Scenic City was aware that I was concerned about the look of my yard after their digging. Therefore when they saw that the weather forecast was calling for a lot of future rain, they hurriedly scheduled this work before the rains came so that my yard would not be a muddy mess. Scenic City smoothed my yard back down after the digging and then sowed and strawed my yard. They made my yard look as good as possible after their digging. I would recommend Scenic City for this type of work.

Within ONE HOUR of calling them, Scenic City Plumbing was at my house and diagnosed the issue with my garage disposal. 10/10 Recommend! I'm a new homeowner and I had no idea where to start with several small issues around my house. I couldn't get on the schedule until next Monday but the office put me on Standby for any openings this week. They called me this afternoon (Wednesday) and had 2 guys right over! David and Justin were SO kind and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough!
I will be using them again soon for further help. David gave me recommendations for things that weren't emergent, but would help my home in the long run without being pushy. Awesome company and employees!

Chris and Justin were incredibly kind, informative, professional, and knowledgable about replacing my hot water heater. They did not rush the job and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and even explained how to relight the pilot light and change the water temp should the need arise. The price was well worth the quality of work received and they even came out the day that I called. I will forever call Scenic City Plumbing for any issues in the future. I HIGHLY recommend using this company.
