Frustrated. I had an appointment. They called less than a half hour before the appointment to reschedule. One of their techs had COVID. So we set a new date and they never called during the two hour window. I tried calling twenty minutes after they were supposed to show up and it asked me to enter my phone number and pin? I'll be moving on to find someone more reliable.

We bought a new toilet at Costco. I was happy to find one we liked and save a few dollars buying it there. We called Reiner on Grand to have them install the toilet for us. After the work was finished and they gave me the bill, I noticed there was a charge on the bill I hadn't noticed. I called the man who had done the install. He said they charged me a fee for not buying the toilet from them! WHAT?! Ridiculous. I called other plumbers to ask if that fee is typical. They said no. Beware.

Overall had a poor and frustrating experience. Poor communication, miscommunication and over charged after quoting me a price for the job. Was taken advantage of for being in the unfortunate situation of a broken water heater in the middle of winter. The company is a contractor with home warranty companies to generate business but over charges so you end up paying a ton out of pocket anyways. Jason was very competent and seemingly did good work.

If I could give a lower review, I would. I purchased my home on 06/16/17 and when I moved in my water heater was not working. It is July 3rd and I STILL do not have a working water heater. I went through my home warranty, who assigned Wayne Rhiner Plumbing to my problem. This has got to be the least competent plumbing company in the state. The first time the technician came out he didn't even do any work on my water heater.
He 'cleaned' it and called it fixed. Which, by the way, consisted of him taking off the metal sheet cover, blowing on it, and wiping his shirt on it before putting it back. They have been out to my home three different times, and it takes them DAYS to come out to each service call, and the last time they came out they replaced the gas valve, assuring me this was the last fix they could make before replacing the unit.
This was Friday. The pilot light didn't make it an hour after he was gone before it went out again. I scheduled another recall, was assured once more that the plumber would not be doing the same work twice in a row, and then received a call from the plumber, who told me he thinks the part was faulty, and now they have to order a new part to replace the gas valve AGAIN.
He tells me that his tech support department told him 'turns out it was the gas valve all along'. When I asked how they diagnosed a faulty part over the phone, his response was that either the pilot assembly [replaced on his second visit] or the gas valve were faulty, and that it's almost never the pilot assembly. He then told me that the part he installed may have been the wrong part for my water heater, and that it had been sitting on the shelf for a while, which is probably why it was a bad part!
And they don't have any more, so they have to order a new one then install it. Which he assured me would be happening today [Monday]. I have had to give my daughter sponge baths using water boiled on my stove for THREE WEEKS. I called the plumber this afternoon because at 2:15pm I had not even gotten a phone call about the work they were supposed to be doing, and I'm told the plumber is closed early and he doesn't know where the part is that was supposedly ordered for delivery today.
He said it was being shipped UPS, but didn't know when it should be arriving, if the office anticipated that it would still arrive, or who would receive it since the office was already closed so the staff could attend a parade. What this means is that no one is going to get the part today, and I am not going to have it installed today. Which means they won't get out there until at least Wednesday. Now, I have to take MORE TIME OFF to make sure there is an adult there.
Who is going to pay me for my lost wages, since the plumbing company is incapable of showing up when they say they will? This is unacceptable. I have been given the run around from the beginning of this whole ordeal. I am a patient woman, and I am trying to understand there is a process to follow. However, this is not acceptable. If your company insists on having a procedure that requires me to have FIVE SERVICE CALLS for the same issue, then you need to impress upon your plumbers the critical importance of quick responses on their service calls.
I should not have to wait days or weeks to get a plumber to my home when I have no hot water. Help me understand how this is considered service. By the time I add up what I PAID for this treatment, plus what I LOSE by having to take time off to be there, and it would have been cheaper to keep the money paid into this service and resolve the issue myself.
It is not unreasonable to want the job done timely and correctly. I paid for a repair, and as of yet I am still waiting for this company to make good on their end of that agreement. I will NEVER use this company for anything I need, as long as I live. And, if I have anything to say about it, neither will anyone I know.

We have home warranty and always try to request all plumbing related items to be fixed by Wayne Rhiner Plumbing, which is one the local warranty-authorized service providers. Their technician - Chuck - is very knowledgably and is good at fixing things the first time. It is a small company and it could take couple of days to schedule the visit, but they have been very accommodating in setting service appointments. The person scheduling appointments is very pleasant and has great customer service skills. Would highly recommend this company!

Wayne Rhiner Plumbing, LLC is Expensive! Installed 2 sink faucets straight out of box and minor adjustment with toilet plumbing. $386 bill. I was blow away! 2.25hrs of work. 10 min from their shop. I would NOT recommend, their pricing seems out of this world! After my additional research, I respectfully was overcharged! I couldn't image being an employee and handing disappointed customers. From reading the other reviews, it seems common practice.

This company is absolutely horrible. We had a pipe start leaking through our basement ceiling in Feb, so we called our warranty company and they sent out Wayne Rhiner Plumbing & Repair. Everything started out fine the tech found the leak in the wall which only took about 45 minutes. After we found what caused the problem I told him I was able to fix the problem myself since I didn't think our warranty would cover it.
He told me not to worry about it that he had called the warranty company, and they would cover the problem. So I decide to let him fix it, it was only a 2" section of 3" pvc, well once he starts he says he doesn't have a firmco and has to drive 45 minutes to get one, which they charged for, and btw the hardware store is 7 miles away, you do the math.
Once he gets back he proceeds to fix the pipe, and tells me to hold off on calling the warranty company to fix drywall since he hasn't got approval yet. Once I hear this I ask why he said he already had approval to which he ways "don't worry I know what to say to them so they pay for it", which seemed kind of shady, but whatever it was to late now.
Well I call the next day and the warranty company says no the declined it and it was our responsibility. After that I call Wayne Rhiner and they tell me the tech messed up, he was suppose to call the warranty company but didn't because sometimes it takes to long.so they don't do their job cause it's an inconvenience to them. He then says we can work something out and he will call me back later, and see what they had figured out.
Guess what they never called back so I call the next day, and they say yes they are in wrong and the owner was suppose to call me and she will call later. Yeah that never happened either so I call 2 days later same story this goes on for week before I give up. Which takes us to 1 week ago when I receive their bill for 350$ this is on top of the 75$ I had to pay for service fee up front.
So 450$ for 2 firmcos, 6 inches of pipe and they billed for 3 hours of work.of which was maybe 1 1/2 was actually at my house. So it took them 2 months to bill me which I didn't even think they were doing since they repeatedly said it was their fault, but wait it gets better. 1 week after receiving their bill they I received a past due notice from them after they refuse to answer their phones to discuss this anymore.
So before calling this company ask your local homeless person if he knows any plumbing he would problem get it done cheaper, and at least you would expect him to never answer your phone calls.

Never again will I go through this company or refer anyone! We had another plumber come out to access a leak and, they could not find where it was coming from so then we called these guys. They could not find the leak either. So they assumed it was something else. They said they were gonna get back to us about what they "think" was the problem but they didn't know for sure.
We never herd back from them on 8/28/14. Now we are being charged for services that weren't preformed. When we called to discuss it the lady at the front desk was rude & told us she will just take us to court! She could could not tell us what services was performed here & refused to look into it. Save your $$ and go else where.
