Located in historic Beaverdale, we have been proudly serving the greater Des Moines area since 1988. We have a unique in-house approach to home remodeling, with our talented team of installers handling everything from drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, trim work, painting, electrical and plumbing, which helps us control the quality and timeliness of every installation. Our clients make most, if not all, selections at our showroom, with one of our designers providing a 3D rendering of their space.

Located in the heart of historic Beaverdale, our extensive showroom features kitchen and bath displays and professional quality products ranging from tile, flooring, quartz countertops, plumbing fixtures, and cabinet hardware, all at a variety of price points to match your needs and budget. A completed proposal will contain the specified finishes, 3D rendering, and proposed pricing. Once the proposal is signed and a deposit of 50% of the project cost to help cover project materials. In preparation for your project, you'll receive an email 30 days prior to the start. The email contains a readiness checklist which may include packing your personal belongings in the remodeling zone.
We offer full-service residential remodeling, including, but not limited to, kitchens, baths, finished basements, laundry rooms, home offices and custom built-in cabinetry. We work with a broad range of styles, budgets and projects of all sizes. While the industry standard is a 1-year warranty, we set ourselves apart by offering a 3-year warranty on labor and materials.

Very professional and were great listeners. I love my kitchen. Having someone else in your home for so long could be difficult but I grew to enjoy seeing Ryan and Will when I came home from work. They were respectful, cleaned up, and did excellent skilled work! I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. Stephanie made choosing each feature fun and it turned out beautiful. Corey made sure every detail was just right and he was always cheerful! I would recommend AIM to anyone who wishes to work with truly good people in everyway!

We had an excellent experience working with AIM on a full bathroom remodel. Stephanie, our designer, listened to our vision and ideas, and created a space with a more functional layout and design. Throughout the process, Stephanie kept us updated and made it as stress-free as possible. Hunter and his crew did an awesome job on the project, which included intricate tilework, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. We highly recommend AIM for their excellent customer service and work!

AIM did an incredible job on our bathroom renovation and closet addition. They were professional, detail oriented and great communicators--and the end result is everything we wanted. Our project started in the early days of the pandemic and we were definitely nervous about having people in our house but AIM went above and beyond to keep everyone safe and healthy.

We used AIM Kitchen and Bath to upgrade our kitchen. Stephanie was our contact throughout the project and was great to work with. We upgraded our counter tops, kitchen sink and had backsplash tile installed. The results were amazing. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Aim did a complete kitchen remodel for us in the fall of 2020. Our remodel included new cabinets, new appliances, new hardwood flooring on the first floor, stairs, and upstairs hallway, knocking out walls, new drywall, paint, electrical, etc. Alex was great to work with and provided us with a range of cost options and we were able to get exactly what we wanted at a fair price.
Aim has an experienced crew that was very detail-oriented and did a meticulous job for us. They didn't require constant monitoring to make sure we got the results we wanted, which was a nice improvement from other contractors we've used in the past. Aim was by far the most positive experience we've had with local contractors over 5 home improvement projects spanning the last 17 years. You can't go wrong by choosing Aim and you'll love the results!

We worked with AIM in 2020 and by Thanksgiving, we had 2 beautiful new bathrooms. During the planning and design process, Alex was so knowledgeable, super responsive, and really took the time to listen and make recommendations - the final outcome was everything we had envisioned and more. Our master bath is incredibly beautiful and we finally have the much needed storage space we were looking for.
I cannot say enough about the entire crew at AIM as they were incredibly professional and pleasant to work with from start to finish - also, I love that they are a one stop shop. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to work with AIM again in the future!

We had a kitchen remodel done by AIM Kitchen & Bath and are so happy with it. Alex was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. I knew the layout needed to be changed but did not know how. Alex immediately suggested the perfect layout. He was also very helpful with design choices. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and he would always respond to me immediately.
