They came first day to investigate the problem with my heater tripping the trip switch every few mins. They suspected the problem to be with the heating element and they gave me a quote of $410. We agreed to this but they did not find the parts in the warehouse and so they suggested that I work with the manufacturer to get them. After I got them by overnight shipment they came agin to install the parts but they want to charge me for the time and fuel they went to fetch the parts only to not find them.

Even though I got the parts from the manufacturer, they still charged me $455.00. They claimed that I am responsible for the time they spent to find that part and not found it. The work itself was done correctly I suppose but charging me for the trip they took to not find the part does not seem logical to me. On first visit when I asked them what would they charge me if I got the parts and I was told it would be around $200-250. Which I thought was a fair price, but after fixing it, they charged me $450, this does not seem fair to me. Be cautious if you get into using them for any plumbing devices

We had been in our house a month and found we desperately needed 3 new toilets. Richardson Plumbing took care of this in a prompt, professional, inexpensive way. A few months later our kitchen sink backed up. We called again and they came right out to fix it. The employees were so nice and didn't judge because this was my fault! They did a super job once again.

I called up to have a pipe repaired underneath my sink, and they were very friendly and responsive! We scheduled a appointment and as soon as they arrived (on time nontheless) they began working immediately. The pipe was fixed within the hour! I called to have tank-to-bowl bolts replaced for 4 toilets and to replace the washer on 2 drippy faucets. I guess I should have asked for an estimate first. 2 guys showed up and did everything in 2 hours. So total time was 4 hours worked (2 hours/plumber X 2 plumbers). I was billed $1910! That is $478 per hour worked. Seriously! My attorney charges less than that. I was going to ask them to replace the hot water tank and to fix a couple of other issues. Glad I didn't. Completely ridiculous. Won't be using them again. Total ripoff.

Call at 1:35pm. was informed they couldn't be at my house till 5 pm. got parts from HD and did it myself. Richardson showed up at 3 pm and said they have been running around for 90 mins getting parts i. needed even though they had no idea what was needed. Charged me a service call of $210. Talk about bad service-please friends-find someone else.

I don't know who was driving this van on 71/75 North in Kentucky, headed to 275 East, just a minute ago. But, the driver of this van must not have been paying attention to the cars around him. He made a 3 lane change going at least 80 miles an hour, causing me to slam on my breaks to avoid hitting him as he passed. There was no warning, unnecessary speeding and no turn signal.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Richardson Plumbing for almost three years now. We have given them a lot of business and money. We continued to use them even though they were rarely on time for the appointments we set. This particular issue is one they have attempted to fix several times before and this continues to happen. We are in. the middle of a home renovation and needed a simple snaking of a clog to be done on an emergency basis so our project next could continue on schedule.

I called this morning and someone finally returned my call only to tell me that it may seem like an emergency to us but they do not consider it an emergency. I even offered to pay extra to have it.

My husband and I are in the process of finishing our basement and needed some water lines installed to connect to the rough-in bathroom (literally just connecting water lines less than 10 ft) and they wanted $1685 plus another $325 to move an existing line so $2010 total (which was $810 more than Pioneer Plumbing who quoted $1200 for the same. thing).

We called and asked why it was so much higher (thinking maybe it included additional work or something) and they literally told us to go with Pioneer and that they felt their price was "fair". What a rip off! I would not recommend Richardson Plumbing for their astronomical price and lack of basic customer service.

I would gladly recommend Richardson Plumbing! My daughter flushed a bunch of paper towels in the toilet and it got clogged. They came in a timely manner, were very nice, and professional. They unclogged the line in no time. Thanks!

We discovered our main sewage drain collapsed, which is something I don't wish for anyone to go through. For how rough this situation has been Richardson Plumbing did an amazing job. They were very quick on coming out and explaining what the issue was, the estimate cost and time to do the job. I've never worked with a company that literally stuck to their word like they did.
