I requested the price quote to replace a tankless water heater for the exterior wall, Magna Plumbing price was the lowest and they were able to come the next day morning. The installation was done professional. I also asked him do another job since he's at the house, to change a clogged pipe of the dishwasher. I'm happy with the service and would recommend this company. Will rehire if needed in the future.

FIRSTAM assigned them to our pluming issue. They showed up but refused to even inspect and had a very bad attitude.

PRV was leaking at the locknut, figured it may be time to change. I was referred to Mark (Owner) at Magna thru a real estate buddy of mine. Parts/labor quote came to $875. I thought that was kind of high, but these days I really don't have a clue as to the average cost of this type of repair. I didn't feel like obtaining other bids, so I authorized the repair.

Appointment was made for 1/3/22 at between 0900-1000 hrs. Josh was here a little past 0900, job was completed by 0945! Josh was personable, clean and provided prompt, courteous service. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing repairs!

Being im a senior citizen and handicapped, Magna and their employee Cesar helped me out tremendously with listening to my concerns and fixing my shower leak immediately! Magna plumbing was assigned to my service call for hot water heater tank. They send a tech the next day, after assessing my water heater needed to be replaced because of a leak. They were supposed to come back 3 days later. I called Mark the owner explained the urgent situation. He assured me he will be back the next day to fix it. The next morning on a Saturday around 8 AM Mark and his Tech showed up, they took off the old heater he took it himself for warranty exchange came back in a couple hours installed the new hot water heater. Cesar showed up masked and fixed our problem very quickly. He was very kind and professional, explaining exactly what the problem was and everything he was doing. It was a simple fix, and I should have felt sorta dumb for not figuring it out on my own, but Cesar did a good job of putting me at ease and not making me feel that way.

I was assigned Magna plumbing through my homeowners insurance. They had to replace leaking old piping under master bath sink and I purchased a brushed nickel widespread bath faucet set to replace the faucet which was also dripping (I was waiting until Covid case numbers improved, but then the underneath piping began to leak). They did a wonderful job. Arrived masked and were very neat and clean with their work. I was impressed. Had to wait an extra day for repairs, but it wasn't a problem.

Magna Plumbing was the company my home warranty sent to us when I made a claim for a broken water heater. They came out within a couple of hours of me contacting the warranty company, handled the claim and replaced my water heater quickly. They were very quick to respond, answered all of my questions, did a great installation job and pricing was very fair.

We had to pay for the code updates. The two gentlemen that came out were both highly experienced plumbers. I have already had them out to do non warranty covered work on another house and will continue to use them as needed. I highly recommend this company.

Magna Plumbing was recommended by our home warranty company for a sink disposal replacement. I was going to do the installation myself, but Amazon sent a "used" disposal - the parts were in a ziplock baggie! So I decided to use our home warranty plan, who recommended Magna Plumbing. Mark, the owner, was very nice and promptly called to schedule the appointment.

I am so glad that Cesar did the installation! A couple of the bolts were "frozen", and it would have been impossible for me to do it myself. Cesar was really nice, professional, and taught me a few important plumbing tips, like using plumbers putty that is made specifically for stainless steel sinks. I highly recommend Magna Plumbing and enjoyed working with Cesar and Mark.

Work was a replacement water heater + code updates and modifications via our home warranty coverage. I worked with Mark leading up to the appointment and Juan & another fellow came out for the final job. Overall Magna Plumbing is very good at everything. They guys are very responsive to emails and messages. They're strong communicators via phone and email. They're punctual and reliable. They're very forthright about the work needed - no BS. Their pricing is very fair - we price checked a few shops. We plan to work with them again for our big re-piping job. Thanks guys!

Reliable and honest. They replaced our water heater and hot water recirculating pump. I recommended them to our neighbor who also had a water heater replaced. Another friend used them and loves their work. He told me that after the work was done, they told my friend that it would be $100 less than what was originally quoted. Very honest people. I would definitely recommend them and they are my go to plumbing company.

My tankless water heater died and I started getting estimates for a new one. First plumber I called wanted $3300.00 for a new Noritz unit. I thought that was really high, so I called another plumber that I found on the Noritz website. This guy quoted me $4700.00! I went back to the Noritz website and found Magna Plumbing, who is a certified Noritz installer. Mark, the owner, responded immediately to my call, and the next morning presented me with a few different options for Noritz units.

All of his options were under $2000. His guys arrived right on time, and they were extremely courteous and professional. they completed the job in about two hours and the hot water was flowing again. I will continue to use Magna Plumbing as they got the job done for a fair price, quickly, and professionally. Thank you for your great work, and for being so honest! I highly recommend them.

Magna was assigned to work with me from my home owner insurance company. Mark called and scheduled an appointment and the technician, I believe his name was Juan, came to look at my water heater. Juan is very unprofessional and rude, he was literally yelling at me in my own house because he doesn't know why my water heater was making noise. Mark seemed cool on the phone though, but he should really look into training his technicians on how to talk with customers. I wouldn't hire Magna or recommend them based on my experience with the technician.

I was referred to them by my home warranty company to take care of our AC issue. Tito called me the day I placed the service request and we tried to schedule something for the week leaning towards availability on the weekend. I had thought they forgot about me since my text on Friday received no response. Saturday night I received a text confirming the appointment for Sunday morning. Tito arrived at the time he said he would. Fixed our AC.

I have 30 days from the time he fixed it to report any additional issues and they will come out to fix at no cost. So far so good. Thanks for doing a great job and being a professional about it. No complaints here so far.
