Our old tank less water heater quit working. We have used AW&Sons before and were very happy with their great service. I called at 8 am regarding the problem and the response was outstanding! Our new tank less was installed and ready to use by 11am same day! Highly recommend their quick, professional service. Should we need other plumbing services they are our go to.

I had another plumbing company out for an emergency sewer problem which after two separate times at my home they could not solve the problem. I then called AW & Sons, they responded to my call quickly (on Super Bowl Sunday!) assessed the situation, and helped me for the immediate future until the rest of the project could be competed which was within a couple days. Turns out I needed most of the sewer line replaced.

They were always professional, finished the work within a few days, left the work area clean, experts in their field, trustworthy and have very good pricing. I would definitely recommend AW & Sons Plumbing.

Our water heater was nearing the end of its useful life. So our renters recommended AW & Sons as a reputable source for installing a new water heater. The young man who was assigned was friendly, punctual and efficient on handling the installation. We are very pleased with the response, service and the price.

We had our Water Heater replaced today by AW & Sons Plumbing. First off, they were able to quote a price via texted pictures of the then current unit. They arrived early for the appointment, removed the existing unit, changed the fittings, and installed the new unit. All for the quoted price. They worked clean and were done under an hour and a half! Unbelievable! We would recommend them to everyone!

These guys are great! Arron came to check out our minor drainage issue. He determined it wasn't really a problem and didn't need a costly repair. Didn't cost us anything. His response was super quick and he is very knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything in detail so we knew what we were dealing with. Will use him for all our plumbing needs.

Super happy with their service and response. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they immediately called me back. Squeezed me in before another appointment later that day. They were at my house within 15 minutes of confirming the appointment and had two drains cleared within 20 minutes of arriving at my house. They were super polite, clean, friendly and professional. Wow. This review is overdue. AW Sons was the right plumber at the right time! We were in a bind as we had two bathrooms that needed repairs right away or construction would be delayed. The plumber our contractor uses was backed up for over two weeks! This was bad. Everyone told us to wait for the trusted plumber our contractor uses but I read AW Sons reviews and took the leap.

So glad we did. Aaron was quick, professional and beyond knowledgeable. His work was flawless and backed by a lifetime warranty. I was happy he is local as we are in SJC and strongly like working with other folks that live locally. He was in and out quickly and really cleaned up well. Last but not least - his prices were very reasonable. For the high level of work he did we could have easily payed three times as much. Got back to me immediately after my voicemail and was at my door in 20 minutes. Professional, work a mask and knew what to do when he got there. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

Needed some quick help with my gas line and valve and Aaron was able to help me with an inexpensive and fast fix. Highly recommend.

Aaron at AW & Sons answered my call promptly, scheduled a time to show up on the same day, came on time, quickly located the leak in a pipe in the ceiling and fixed it fast. Aaron wore a mask and gloves due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Sadly, the leak happened on the same day as a family tragedy. Upon learning of this Aaron refused to let us pay, saying he is a San Clemente neighbor who wanted to help out.

I hesitated to write this because I'm sure AW & Sons is not in the business of doing work for free, but I think it shows what a good and caring person Aaron is. I've overseen many repairs through work and can tell Aaron is a diligent and well prepared plumber. He will be my plumber for now on not just because of his kind gesture but also because he is professional, efficient, and effective. I highly recommend AW & Sons Plumbing.

Once again we received excellent service from Aaron. Profesional as always. Replaced the drains leading out to the main. Did all this in less time than I anticipated, all while working in terrible weather and less than desirable conditions under the house. AW & Sons has been our go to plumber since 1983.

I Had the outstanding and unusually good luck in being put in contact with Arron of AW and Son's plumbing this month. This was one of those last-minute jobs. I needed a gas-line added to my kitchen while the area was available to work in. I called Arron out of the blue when the plumber I intended to hire could not meet my time-frame. What was great about Arron was not just his professionalism, and obvious high level of skill and knowledge, but he spent half a day working in 2 feet of pink blown-in insolation. Arron never complained once. Great work, well-thought-out and fast. If you need your project done right contact AW and Son's without hesitation.

I don't know how to inspect plumbing work unless the new project has a leak, so this is a limited review. I am happy with my service with AW&Sons Plumbing. I was referred to this company by my regular plumber. Anthony is his uncle. Anthony showed up on time and had the project completed ahead of schedule. I came home to hot water and hopefully new pipes under the house. It appears that plumbing is an extended family business that is run very well by both this company and his uncle. I would use their services again.

Hands down the best experience I've had with a plumber. I needed a water pressure regulator installed and requested a quote with a picture and Anthony responded quickly with an estimate. I was able to request the work for the next day. Great communication of arrival time and they actually showed up earlier then projected! Steven did an awesome job and these guys really take pride in their work. Highly recommended. Honest. Very reasonable pricing. Quality workmanship.

Honest and Professional that is how describe AW & Sons Plumbing. I have been a customer for years. They have been to my house many times and have done everything from unclogging drains, to replacing under the sink valves to installing a hot water heater and faucets. I have always had a courteous and friendly reception from the time I call for help to the time any of the service guys have showed up.

They have always been on time, very personable, kind, professional, and most of all I have found their prices very fair. The guys seem well trained and they have always done great job. I highly recommend AW & Sons.

We trust AW and Sons for any plumbing work. They recently installed a gas line in the wall for our dryer and a copper ice maker water line through cabinets. They replaced four gate valves with new copper ball valves. They helped redo the piping for our water softener connections. Cole, Nathan, and Steven have completed the different jobs and we have been very happy with the results. Great customer service and quality of work. We highly recommend them.

Once again, Steven and AW & Sons Plumbing have saved me! I woke up this morning and found my water heater was leaking. It was an old water heater and due for replacement. I was worried it would take a day or so for an appointment, but Steven was able to be at my house within a couple of hours. I called and spoke with Cole and arranged for him come to our home to change out a kitchen faucet and repair a toilet that keeps running. He came out as scheduled along with a workmate Steven. They were very professional and explained what needed to be done. When we asked if they could repair 2 toilets instead of 1, it was "no problem." We have 2 year old hardwood flooring in our kitchen and without us asking they put a clean drop cloth down to protect the floor. They got the work done quickly and cleaned up like they were never here. I recommend AW & Sons and thanks again to Cole and Steven for their help.

We have used AW & Sons Plumbing for two decades in our 1960's era house which has needed a lot of updating. If we have a plumbing problem that we can't handle, we go straight to AW and Sons and get quick and on-time service. We know their work is excellent and their prices competitive. They are honest and knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is happening and what has to be done.

I appreciate that their workers respect the inside of our home while working. Steve and Cole were our most recent workers from AW & Sons. Each time they came into the house, they covered their feet with protective covers. Like all of AW and Sons employees, they were very pleasant and courteous, answered all my questions, and did a great job. We highly recommend this family-run plumbing business.

AW & Sons plumbing is the place to call for any plumbing issues. I've had two major pipes that I needed replaced, (one for the plumbing and one for the gas) and they were prompt in coming to check it out and give me an estimate. Their prices are definitely more reasonable than surrounding competitors and they finish the job in a timely manner and clean up the area they worked in.

I was very pleased with the first job earlier this year, so I didn't hesitate to call them when I needed another job done. All of the workers I've dealt with through them like Aaron, Cole and Steve, have been honest and professional, and I would highly recommend them!
