I was told it was going to cost approximately $1000 to replace the shower valve. Big Mike's came out and found that when the previous plumber changed the stems, he did not replace the seats in the stems which was causing the constant hot water extreme leaking, One full bucket every 30 minutes. Big Mike's DID THE REPAIR FOR FREE! Hard to believe that in this day and age there are still honest and understanding plumbing companies. Called them for plumbing backed up. They charged me $200 and my water is still backed up and we cannot use our toilet or shower! I will never call this place ever again! They just want your money. The "plumber" didn't even spend more than 30 minutes for charging me $200!

Yard was flooded and a mess. Needed a new line from meter box to the house. The old one was 70 yrs old and busted. Scott came out first thing Mon morning to give me a quote. He explained in detail what he thought needed to be done to resolve the issue and gave me a quote that literally beat 4 other companies. He was professional, kind and worked hard. I would defiantly recommend this company and Scott to anyone. He did a great job.

Sewage line plugged up and Albert came out to give us an estimate. Told us what he thought it might be. His partner Albert came out with him and Ran the jet and cleared the line. Very professional in not only handling the issue but explained in terms my wife and i could understand. Money well spent. Will be recommending these guys for years to come. Called Big Mikes plumbing asked for a quote and they came out and gave me a FREE quote. I was happy with price, I confirmed with husband. Ramon the plumber said he would be done in 2 hrs. He dug, and put back my grass and left the place nice and clean. He wore booties too in my house. This Company was honest, clean, and what they quoted was right on!
