Plumbtastic Plumbing & Rooter Service

The only negative I have is that there is not a SIXTH star! I have used Plumbtastic several times, enough times to know their prices and service are not a fluke! I am old school and very picky about both. "Jeff" has the most visits and is awesome, with a great personality. "Yuki" (sorry if I mispelled the name) is always so pleasant and professional on the phone while scheduling. Today, Jeff was accompanied by Jesse C. another squared away professional. It's no wonder the best plumbers want to work there! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Jeff did a bunch of work for me including installing a dishwasher, new faucets, and new shower heads. He was diligent in his work, and when parts were missing from the manufacturer, he had them in his truck. Everything is working perfectly with no leaks or glitches. Yay!

I am a little tardy writing this, but I can not recommend Plumbtastic highly enough. No fluke either as this is the "umpteenth" time I have had to call upon their services. They are a smaller 'mom and pop' shop but I would compare their work and prices against ANYONE's! We have been Blessed enough to have "Jeffrey, " an innovative and motivated plumber, meet our needs each time.

Hi, Chris. I think of you and your company several times every day when I use the auxiliary sink faucet you installed a couple of years ago for our filtered drinking water. Our previous one leaked for a long time before we finally called. We recently hired Plumbtastic to re plumb our 1928 house and bring it into the 21st Century. Chirs, Jeff and Tony were great through the entire process. They were very respectful to the house and us as well. We'd previously had them to our house for a couple of smaller jobs which were all handled in the same professional and timely manner. This why we invited them back this time.

Service was efficiently handled with great customer service! Try and ask for Vance when calling. He is very professional and experienced! 5 stars!

Always upfront and helpful. No job has been stressful as a customer because they are knowledgeable and do not take shortcuts. 100% of my plumbing needs goes to them.

Used them a few months ago, simple, easy, reasonable. Called a few days ago for an appointment today. I needed a washer/dryer disconnection and sink faucet install. They(2men)said they could disconnect but not really move the washer/dryer out of the way, so I cancelled that service. They installed the faucet but not the sink drain, so i couldn't actually run the water.

Guess I needed to be extra extra extra specific, state the obvious, ie, I will need to move the washer/dryer to the side to be able to replace what was disconnected, I will need a drain to run the water from the faucet you installed. Charged me $193 to put a sink fixture, which I provided, on in less than 10 min. Took them longer to go get a screw for install.

Called this company in the morning and had Vance out at my house by 2:00. He installed a new water heater same day! Very kind and hard working guy. Thanks for the great service!

Plumbtastic did a great job replacing my kitchen sink. They maintained the price that was quoted, no surprises and took care to get the job done quickly and worked hard to preserve the countertop. They were on time as well. I'd definitely use their services again.

Our water main developed a bad leak over a weekend and Chris scheduled us for a service call first thing Monday. Justin and Gabe showed up first thing and were very good diagnosing the source of the leak. We have an older house with more than one line coming from the main shut-off so they had to figure out where the leak was actually coming form and what line serviced the house.

After consulting with me about an initial solution to the problem, they soon found that the underground lines were plumbed differently than expected so we had to shift plans. But they dialed it in pretty quickly and we had water back by early afternoon. I give them 5 stars for promptness, communication, politeness and expertise.

They did a very good job replacing our trash compactor in our kitchen, if I seemed unsure about what they were suggesting they were patient and showed me the areas of concern. It is easy to schedule with them as well. Enjoyed their service.

Prompt, courteous and professional and affordable. Use them for business as well as home- no price gouging for business. Highly recommend

I have used Plumbtastic twice both time we received great service, I have referred Plumbtastic to two friends and they have been very happy with the service and price. Both of them have used Plumbtastic again. They just do things right the first time.

Our washing machine was draining into our kitchen sink and with a baby and a toddler I CAN NOT afford to be without either of those. Plumbtastic was able to come same day and at the time I needed, Justin was incredibly friendly and thorough and I think I was charged a fair price (tbh, I have no idea what the going rate is though!). I'm glad it was just a minor issue, but I feel like if something more serious were to arise I could totally trust this company to come to the rescue!

Excellent services! I called Plumbtastic to get a same day appointment to fix my water heater. They were able to squeeze in an appointment for me. They also texted me when they were on the way to my house. The pricing was clearly explained by the technician and different options were given to me. The technicians were very nice and finished fixing my water heater in a timely manner. Will definitely use this company again!

We've used this plumber twice in the past year and I have to say that I appreciate them very much. They are very honest and fixed my problem very quickly. Since the last time they came out, we haven't had an issue with our main line and they just came out for a bathtub clog. They unclogged it in no time and were very nice and honest about the work. I would 100% recommend them to anybody!

I had an outdoors leak thinking it was the sprinklers but ended up being the main service line. Not wanting to get suckered again into high costs and fees (DO JOT GO WITH RESCUE ROOTER) I called my mortgage guy who highly recommended Plumbastic. Justin and Billy looked at the situation and remedied it to where the water flow is stronger and no more leaks. The cost was reasonable to which I did not have to use a PACE loan as per Rescue Rooter. Thank you Justin, Billy and Plumbastic!

I understand why there are no bad reviews. Phenomenal job, with fast turn around. Justin and Billy went above and beyond my expectations. This is the one and only plumbing company you will ever need.

Plumbtastic saved us on a Sunday when our only toilet was clogged. They were on time, very polite, and worked until the problem was solved. Our old vintage toilet had to be taken apart, and they were very careful not to damage it. The job was time consuming, but they worked diligently even though it was a Sunday. They didn't charge us an outrageous amount for weekend service. The price was fair and lower than we expected. They also cleaned up the mess. We will definitely use Plumbtastic again. Bill and his boss were true professionals.

I own a business with one bathroom and my toilet was completely broken. Chris, a nice guy showed up helped me in a timely fashion which was most important. I would use these people anytime I need a plumber from now on.

Quick turnaround from when I called to when they arrived. Problem was sorted out fast and fixed right away. Super professional and best service of any plumber I've ever used.

I had to have their work redone! I don't review business' very often but feel like I have to on this one. They were quick to set up an appointment and came promptly, then things fell apart. I needed a simple knob put on a water line that had broken off. They did the work but not without insisting MULTIPLE times that I purchase a yearly plan that would give me a discount.

He also insisted that I have more work done (change a pressure valve, etc). When I had the dishwasher installed a few days later, the installer had to redo the work as the knob was put on incorrectly and was leaking. Very frustrating!

Absolutely great service. Arrived on time. Addressed the problem. Robert was flexible when we wanted him to add on another problem. Very pleasant, respectful of our property, wore shoe covers when in the main house. A well spoken, thoughtful individual. His aura made us feel confident about his work!

Awesome service! I had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and called three other places from the phonebook that werent open. I found Plumbtastic on line, called them and they answered right away. I advised I needed immediate assistance and was told someone would be over at some point during the morning. Justin and Cliff arrived within the hour! They assessed the issue, fixed it and checked the house for other possible issues.

They were extremely courteous, professional and the price was reasonable for a Saturday and quick resolution. I would highly recommend them for your needs. They will be added as our go to plumbing resource for future work!
