I should have read the reviews before allowing my home warranty company assign this company to my claim. Weeks in to the issue and I still cannot get them to resolve my water heater problem. Keep getting the run around and the person who answers the phone is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Clearly they do not care about helping people or customer service.

They were sent via a warranty company. When they showed up and didn't want to even do the work. They almost just stood on my porch and turned around and left. I had to beg they to even look at it. They tried quoting me this huge removing the wall job. But then turned around and told the warranty company it was "grease" (had a different company come - and it was neither of these things).
Which isnt what they said was the problem. But either way nothing was fixed or resolved. They dont want to do warranty work because it doesnt pay. Dont use them. They cant get their stories straight and nothing was fixed.

As mentioned in another review, I also was referred to H&R thru a home warranty repair request. They came on-site and were gone in less than 5 minutes saying they would file the warranty paperwork and complete the repair within a couple days. It's now been 5 weeks and I've called to follow up with no response. I've removed my request to use this company going forward.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had an appointment scheduled for today. The lady failed to lock in my appt and told me out her own mouth YES she did fail to lock in my appt and the best they can do is reschedule for Monday! Not acceptable I've been without hot water since Saturday. Thank you for your incompetence! Service: Water heater repair

Terrible customer service. We had a home warranty and were referred to H&R and had to pay a $75 service fee and were told it would be covered. A plumber came out and said we needed a new toilet and that they would get the paperwork handled and would get back to us that same day. We have five people in our house using one toilet and this was an urgent need.
No word back by the next day and I called H & R this morning and was told no update yet. I then reached out to Fidelity Home Warranty and I sat on hold for hours. Finally I was able to receive an automated message regarding our status of our work request approval and was told it was approved and I was to follow up with H & R Plumbing. I called you guys back and your receptionist said it was denied about two hours earlier.
Why no one would call us to tell us that and more importantly why you would not call to try to schedule the work as we still need to get a plumber to replace the toilet No follow up or customer service from H & R Plumbing and the company that referred us to you, Fidelity Home Warranty. Lack of follow up is so disappointing.

We had a terrible service experience. Someone came out to fix our toilet and we were told the work was guaranteed for 30 days. When I followed up because the toilet stopped working again a week later I was ignored. I called 4 times and left multiple messages. The 4th time someone picked up and said they'd be by tomorrow but no one showed or called. I called again and left a message only to be ignored yet again.

Terrible service. Do not use them if you can avoid it. I was trying to make an appointment with them, first they said they couldn't send anyone. Then they said they could send someone between 1:30 and 3. When I called at 1:20 to ask for someone to come at 2, they told me that the plumber had already come and left because no one at home. When I told the manager I was frustrated that she said 1:30-3 but actually the plumber came and left before 1:30 she hung up on me. Avoid them if you can.

He was prompt and absolutely honest in his work. Example, after fixing leak in toilet, I noted two other issues I have been having and in both cases he could have engaged into a service to research issue and I would have expected as much and gone with it. Instead he explained what he knew to be the issue due to his experience (case 1) and on the other situation, he looked under sink and turned up the water.
We have consulted at least one other plumber if not two previously over the past years and not one thought to check that water source. Again, I was prepared for having to do extensive testing of the pipes and would not have known any better had he went down that path. Juan is now permanently in our contacts for plumbing issues. While price for fixing toilet was higher than I anticipated I have no idea what is reasonable, but I liked that he values his time and expertise that he brings to the job. The honest work just further justifies work with him.
