Archibald MGA Plumbing

About 3 week ago the lower element went out of my hot water heater. Called Archibald (based upon their ratings) and Micheal determined The heater has been leaking, rusted the element in place and therefore needed to be replaced. Michael located a heater, replaced the old one and took care of all the warranty paper work. It was a true pleasure working with Archibald plumbing. I highly recommend Micheal and his company.

I cannot say enough on how great this company is! I work at a dental office in north county and we had an equipment failure that required a plumber to fix the issue. We were forced to cancel a full days worth of patients. I called 14 different plumbing companies, none of who were willing to work on our dental equipment. I was referred to Mike at Archibald Plumbing by a mutual friend. Mike's words were. "my guys wife works in a dental office, we understand the urgency and we'll be there in 1 1/2 hours". They showed up on time and got right to work, and we were back up and running before end of day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Couldn't ask for a better company to work with. David was super responsive when setting up an appointment, and when the crew came out there were on time, friendly, and efficient. Good value too. While I don't hope to have more plumbing/water issues (who does?!), I'll gladly bringing my business back to Archibald if that day comes. 100% recommend if you need plumbing work done in your house!

I was referred to Michael through a warranty at Lowes. He was not only professional, he was honest and quick. He answered the phone right away and helped diagnose the problem. I recently had my water heater replaced by Archibald Plumbing. I had an old 9 year old unit finally give out on me. I called Michael and he was able to schedule me the following day. He was quickly responsive with a price quote and accommodating on the time frame to get the job done. Michael is very knowledgeable. I was referred to Michael as a water heater specialist from my goto plumbers. I was having trouble starting our water heater and then it was going out after a moderate period of time. Michael came out quickly and got it started, replacing the thermal couple kept it running. Heres the biggest part- my wife who was home with our children was sure to tell me she liked him, that he struck her as a "good" person.

I already knew that since he was referred by my other trustworthy plumber but it makes it better when your wife feels comfortable with the repair people in her home. Did I mention he was quick to get back to us over the 4th of July weekend despite being out of town? I would recommend this company and plan on calling on them for all my future water heater needs. Archibald Plumbing Services did a great job on replacing our HVAC system. The caliber of service they provided was exemplary. They did a complete HVAC system replacement when our furnace stopped working in our new home. When they arrived, they first focused on completing a temporary fix to the furnace to ensure we would have heat until they could do the installation.

They were swift in providing an array of quotes to aid us in our decision. They were able to install swiftly and did so on a Saturday to try to get our heat up and running as soon as possible. When the furnace did not initially work that day due to electrical issues, they provided us with space heaters to ensure we would not go without heat until they could get a needed part Monday morning. We would happily work with them again and recommend their services to others!

Needed a flammable vapor sensor replaced to get my water heater running again. The technician arrived in about an hour and the job was done, my heater running in another 20 minutes. Fantastic service!

I called Archibald Pluming and they were about to come out the next day to fix a leak. Ryan was fast through and made for a great experience. I highly recommend when you have a plumbing issue Archibald is the answer they are the best.

I am so happy my builder introduced me to this team. Really beautiful work. My renovation had special challenges: I asked them to install excavation pump, reroute poorly designed plumbing from previous owner that was obstructing renovation, do all other plumbing/venting and related permitting that was required for complete basement renovation - full bath, laundry, etc.

Archibald Plumbing is our go-to for all plumbing problems. They are very prompt and reasonably priced. Their work at my place has always been very good. They have done everything from installing a toilet to fixing a garbage disposal to installing a water heater. I normally don't write reviews but when a company is this honest and saves me about $2000.00 to fix my broken water heater, l have nothing but rave reviews for them. Others wanted to come and replace the entire unit but Archibald plumbing found the the problem and save my water heater for a fraction of the cost of replacement. Awesome experience from start to finish. I had a bad 75 gallons water heater and wanted to replace it. Called a few plumbers for a quote with pictures of the old heater and all of them wanted top come by to look at it. Michael responded within minutes and gave a quote with a reasonable range. I finalized the job and had him come the next day to install the water heater, with expansion tank and hot-water circulation pump for instant hot water throughout the house. The costs were pretty reasonable and the service was fantastic! I would highly recommend Archibald plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Reckless driving is not a good representation of your company! A car pulled out in front of you and you road raged past 4 other cars, one of them being me! You nearly hit me and scared my kids! Not a good representation of your company when driving a company vehicle! On 7/15 at 3:44 pm heading east on 78 freeway. not okay!

Cannot say enough good things about Archibald Plumbing. We purchased a new home and they installed our new kitchen sink and dishwasher, as well as washing machine and water heater. We had a few problems with the furnace system we inherited from the previous owners and David and his team was able quickly come out and diagnose the problems and get them fixed. They kept us informed about what was going on and always showed up at the appointed time. I trust them completely and cannot recommend them enough.

I was referred to Mike at Archibald when our WateR heater developed a problem. Turned out they were able to fix it. When it finally needed replacement I went back to them for a quote for a full replacement. Mike saved our bacon, last minute, on a Saturday no less! We were having a new refrigerator installed from Best Buy and the technician said we needed to call a plumber. Why? Well, he claimed the water bob wasn't working and the problem must be from inside the wall because, even though the water to the house was shut off, he said water kept spraying out. So, I text Mike from Archibald plumbing with an SOS!

He was there within 15 minutes! Of course, the technician had already taken off. Was there an actual problem? No! The technician just hadn't turned the valve off all the way. That's right.the Best Buy installer left my old fridge in my living room and didn't install my new one because he failed to turn a valve off all the way so he could unhook the water line from the wall! Unreal. Thankfully, Mike got everything hooked up for us, gave us some pointers on what to look for and monitor with a new fridge, and didn't even charge us his usual Saturday fee because it ended up being such an easy fix. Amazing! I highly recommend Archibald plumbing for any of your plumbing needs! We will definitely be using his services again!

I want to thank Michael and Ryan for there great, fast and friendly service. I had a slab leak and they did a repipe as well as a new regulator. They are a TOP NOTCH business. Michael is a certified AO Smith technician and repaired our AO Smith water heater that was under warranty. He responded to text inquiry and showed up Monday morning, quickly making the needed repairs with new parts he had in stock. Whole repair was covered under warranty. He is a pro and showed up exactly when he promised. I can highly recommend him and will be using him again.

Archibald Plumbing takes care of our Company and houses, we have an IBC hot water heater-boiler system that's fairly complicated he got it up and running as fast as he could get the parts from the distributor, when others in town would not even come look at it, as this system is not made in the US. I highly recommend Archibald Plumbing.

This is a 5 star plus review. I have a Polaris hot water heater-boiler that's fairly complicated. It quit working late on a Friday, so I waited until Monday to have my plumber come over to take a look at it. Very honest and referred me to another plumber that he highly recommended for trouble shooting and repair. 2nd plumber recommended Mike from Archibald Plumbing.

At this point I'd already become familiar with the heater thru their tech support and actually ordered an igniter. Called Mike and he had the part on his truck. I had other issues with my expansion tank and a leak that Mike and Ryan fixed. I talked to him around 5 PM and they came the next day around noon. Extremely happy and highly recommend. Very fair on bill. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing.

Broken leaking water heater just before Thanksgiving! Mike Archibald was able to purchase and install a new one, clearly his installation is better than the last plumber's efforts. His insulation was actually a fantastic job thorough and complete in every aspect. He is clean efficient and professional. He is very personable as well. His instructions for maintaining a healthy functioning WH system will be followed.
